Yeah, I think there are 4 different SKUs. Standard with and without prepurchased items, and Deluxe with and without prepurchased items. I just donât understand how theyâd provide the one WITH prepurchased items after refunding you. Unless they can flag your account or push the correct one to you. đ¤ Really not sure. All I know is that for me itâs weird going to the store page and it still says I own both Standard and Deluxe, lol.

The hard pill to swallow is because EGS doesnât have their shit together. Theyâre not a good competitor against Steam. They have a lot they need to focus on. The fact that this hole even exists is ridiculous as it directly affects consumers paying money. I just hope they can help people get what they shouldâve originally received. Even if itâs some stupid weird backwards way, haha.
