i dont get why they do move it too steam and have everyone one that bought the game on epics store get an email with a steam key

It is a sequential steps so dont jump steps.
I do not know how their sku works. All I can say is, I got the 48hr boosts the comic and all the other goodies once everything is settled.
Take note these processes might take weeks as they are very very slow in replying appropriately. Sometimes you need to repeat the request. All the best!

I just rebought and finally my dlc is there except the preorder skin 87 and the gun… so i gotta email them again.
Update emailed them got my dlc and 87 predator :) yaaaa buddy

They do not respond to me either, they take more than 48 hours, although the service in my country of Epic is very bad.
In canada they seem to get back to me once a day, they told me they got hunderns of thousands of support tickets to atend too so i can understand that
