Turns out installing it on a new PC works for that new pc still trying to find a way to fix it so its on your main pc.

Exact same scenario on my end. No word as of yet. Epic store told me to make sure I’m using my email to login and then told me to get back to them.

there is a hidden folder called programdata
inside that folder is also an Epic folder. Maybe… deleting those will solve it?
