Have patience. A member of the Epic support team just informed me that each time an account submits a ticket or a response, it reduces the priority of your messages. Youāre screwing yourselves if you spam them. They arenāt avoiding you. Thereās a process that has to be navigated.
As for what you were saying, Scaredstar, it sounds like itās an issue with Epicās system-side verification of ownership. I canāt imagine that this is in the hands of the devs. How many of us played the beta on these accounts on these PCs that are having the issue? I suspect that might have something to do with it. How many of us pre-purchased after the beta, or after we played the beta and had our accounts flagged in some manner out of our control.
Same problem here, without access to any pre-purchase content ā¦ Is there a solution? I have contacted Epic ā¦ but they take a long time to respond, at this step I will make a refund.
You canāt put the deluxe edition up for sale on a release day and wait for you to reserve it ā¦ All lost, normal edition, predator aspect, weapon aspect all locked.
Does anyone have a solution? The previous erase has not worked for me

Iām currently working with the advanced stages of the Epic Support process. Donāt give up just yet. As I come to a solution with them, hopefully itāll be something we can all correct manually once one of us figures it out.

Thanks for the update. Epic store has send me an email to confirm my email 2 days ago. Did that and still waiting for an answer.

Iām probably going to ask for a refund, because neither side seems to be interested in solving this problem for the players who are having it. It seems they only want our money.
i missed the beta to be honest but that shouldnt matter i still bought the game befor it droped so there for i preorddered ( 5 am on the 23rd )
Honestly, Iād wait. The game is still heaps of fun regardless of the pre-order content. I suspect Iāll be getting a fix tomorrow or the day after.
The problem is that it is a bad management, I had my standard version that I reimbursed to purchase the deluxe version, only to find that the deluxe version was announced 1-2 days before launch ā¦ Stupid of me, I just hope that we deliver the bonuses.

Hopefullyā¦ the Jungle hunter is the whole reason why i bought the game soā¦ iāll be depressed and pissed if i cant use it EVEN AFTER PAYING for the highist price item on there store in the time frame they gave and not even getting half what they told be theyād give

the problem is that some players are here meeting and commenting to ask us to deliver the pre-purchase items, many of us have not received them or do not have access to those items in the game and they are blocked, even after making the pre-purchase.

im missing my content even after Proving to the epic games support team 3 times already that i paid for it and bought at the right time
From what Iāve been able to figure out with all the work Iāve been doing, it seems to be an issue involving some technical or logging aspect of our games on Epicās side, client-side. I do not think Illfonic has done anything or has control over the situation. Iām fully under the impression that this has been a technical error or bug out of everyoneās control.
Apparently many players who have the deluxe edition have not received anything from the pre-purchase. Are you still waiting for a response from Epic?
OK then why do I have the Jungle Hunter then if itās an issue?
Iāve sent them the files, but Iām not expecting a response until tomorrow morning. Itās likely a lot to sift through.
Edit: Issues are not universal. Not everyone will encounter a problem.
