I mean, why not just ask for them to give it to those that preordered and should receive it that didn’t? I’d stop shooting for more than that. Asking for what was promised and not received is fair enough.

And I’m sure it will be. I still don’t understand the level of all of this. I don’t have my content and it’s annoying sure. But I still feel like this is all a bit much for some preorder bonuses that doesn’t change the game experience at all. Other than having a few cosmetic items and a weapon early.
Ture i still very much enjoy the game i made videos on the game proving this i love the game but i bought this game for the 1987 skin and still dontt have it… its mently depressing and tiring to keep trying but its the right thing

We need to remain tolerant of the delay, but putting pressure on and reminding them consistently of the issue is fair. Anything beyond that is perhaps too much.
Understood. But hounding it isn’t entirely going to make it get fixed faster. Threads with a ton of comments were enough I’m sure. But the video, sure, I’m sure that will push it a bit more. But don’t burn yourself out on it. Give it some time.

That’s part of the issue. If we don’t keep some amount of pressure on, they’re going to assume the issue fixed itself.

Don’t worry man, I doubt it is being swept under the rug. Believe me. I just think there are complications with EGS and Illfonic is figuring it all out. But with that, bugs, feedback, balance, etc. There’s a whole lot for them to do, and I’m sure they’re overwhelmed. Plus add new content to that as well. Eeesh.

i emailed epic games. now i bought the digital deluxe one day later. i got access too the other content the xp as im aware. but on pc should i of not got access too the 87 skin?? they havent gotten back to me after asking me to verify its my account and i did verify it. seems they have gone quiet or dark on the matter smh

The 87 skin and minigun were only provided for preorders. The Deluxe Edition came with other content, but not that, haha.

That’s where I’m at as well Hive. If they would at least communicate to us the fact that it was getting handled I’d be less irked by the situation but it has been nearly two weeks since launch. Nothing. Radio silence from either side.
