You knowā¦at this point I think their just fucking with us, I really wanna believe we are being trolled by these idiotic waist of restores and story telling. I keep on saying to myself āJust wait till the trailer comes out and make your judgment from thatā. However it gets harder and fucking harder each time I read something from the movie āSkullā to the point I just wanna bash in the story groups skull that allowed this and for the people who approved this š¤¦š¤¦š¤¦

So heres the thing, the movie has been in writing since 2016, even before The Predator was released, I theorize Fox was interested in spin off stories and continuing mainline. I already have doubts with it story wise, and if they can actually portray tribe correctly. There was on the AVP Galaxy forums a post of a possible audition video, and the woman looks older than teens, maybe early 20s. I think the synopsis should of avoided saying defying gender norms due to not most tribes back then allowed women to fight due to traditional ways. Unless it called for it, which could be case. Now we are having people over react, which may get film reshoots again like the Predator. The thing about The Predator issues was that was due to Fox stepping in and reshooting, the suit and whole ending explaining what was going on was due to the screenings and online backlash. The global warming thing, if you believe or not is quite plausible, I mean look what happened in Texas. The Scientist didnāt use a machine gun as much in the early drafts of the film, and possibly original version, as she wasnāt close enough to ship to shoot it down. The issue with the son having Autism was different, as the Assassin saw him as a threat due to he figured out how to activate the self destruct on the Hybrids that were originally in plot.
You also have to add in, as much as we want certain stories, studios, producers arenāt going to risk it! They didnāt jump on other scripts, heck they got scared of the idea of clan wars in last movie that was being set up due to test audience didnāt understand. Also add that if we just keep getting side stories with just different times in history, the general audience will get bored and the studios will see the series as failing. As much as we donāt like it, the films have to bring in some of the audience outside the fanbase to make profit, especially now with how Covid has affected the theater business. I think audiences who donāt have investment in the series would get tired if the movies didnāt move the plot forward in series in someway, which could hurt box office sales. The idea of something new scares some producers, heck if rumors were true they thought about remaking original, but Shane Black convinced them not. The reshoots of The Predator show that the producers thought having a dark night hunt and nothing too complicated would please fans, but it just made the movie more all over story wise and they pushed the suit idea!.

Those arenāt really excuses, but what happened to movie. The producers thought they were making decisions āthe fansā would like, with the Hunt and night shots. They also thought it be ācoolā for suit ending, even when Shane Black didnāt even film it. Studio did.
Imo shane black movie went bad when he made fun of autistic people abilitiesā¦ in my defense this offends me as im autistic, then next up we have the comedic āheroesā who literally were not afraid of going up againts an alien at all and joked about it, third of all wtf is up with that chick who is above law and gender and everythingā¦ like uh manā¦
The movie started out great nglā¦ i kinda wish it didnt play out like that, maybe if it was partially for a long period of time filmed in the forest / jungles and he was like a sniper n had a special ops team and their mission was to erradicate terrorists n shit like from OG movie but they end up dead and only he survives.
Point of the story is, i liked the suits n new weapons and tech overall and movie effectsā¦ But they made a mistake when increasing comedy to that pointā¦ the movie should have been more darker of a story than it wasā¦
We all know why. There are zero innocent parties behind the camera. Not a single one.
I am explaining what happened, there is a high chance those very heads of studio are still there at 20th Century Studios making the decisions on new film. There is a reason they donāt want any of the older footage or original concepts out due to blame would be mostly on them.
