This is the first time i post something about OP weapon…
But i strongly believe this… First of all i play the game both sides from Day 1 and i love it… Now, all predator mains Will argue with me But OK.
The predator bow is the most OP weapon and need no skills, nothing…is silent… You Just stand there, invisible and Just shooting with your bow make You feel badass, But no, You Just stand somewhere and fire arrows… Thats it!! And if a fireteam is above average you Just change positions quickly…personally i never take the bow, you know why? Because its to easy and Because there is no movie where the predator hunts like this…all you guys especially the PC guys (ALL THE SO CALLED GOOD PREDATORS ARE PC GUYS WITH BOWS) taking the bow and shoot arrows standing somewhere invisible there is no skill to that, Just aimimg an unaware soldier…try Hunt like a predator with skills, moving, stalking, one by one…variety… …not a boring game…i wanted to say this for a long time…so i said it.

Plasma Pistol is arguably worse for just standing still and spamming.
The bow does leave a red trail by the way, you can figure out where they are shooting from.
If you’re moving, it takes some skill to hit a moving target with the bow.
As for those people that get downed by the bow, just sit there, and then a teammate comes and revives him… right where he got shot. Well… what do you expect to happen?
Pistol is worse! No charge up needed. Then again ignore the guy above. Red trail does not give you enough info to figure out where he is shooting from(if the pred is good). The only way to figure out where he is, is to MOVE and force him to reposition.
Pistol need a flash when he is shooting, the bow probably needs a better red trail but its going to mess up the balance at top level of play. Just yell at your team to reposition when you can’t figure out where he is shooting from.
But the plasma pistol make much noise… And yes the bow leaves a Red trail But its still Hard to track…about downed fireteams if one falls everybody fall…there is no counterplay man…
Also, plasma pistol make less damage… Cant charge shots.
Fine a good predator that jumps around you and uses LOS. The noise is irrelevant. Before you can find out where he moved to, he is going to get shoots in and then reposition again. The only way to counter is to have someone back that marks him.
True about not being able to charge, but can fire faster, and no need to worry about ammo.

You should always be moving. As soon as someone hears or gets hit by a bow shot, everyone should be moving to cover, or strafing constantly while looking at the direction.
In any case where a stationary invisible Predator has the advantage, the best option you have is to relocate to make them move.
Yeah But you need a premade team for that man…the average player is solo.
Not a chance. While it is a very powerful weapon, it requires aim skill to nail your shots (or dumb standing still players who honestly deserve it if that’s what they are doing). When you shoot you give away your position. It is by no means “silent”, you just have to play attention and play with a headset.
Bow is the most SKILLED weapon if anything, it requires a very good aim and prediction ability. Elder sword is the real unskilled weapon since you only need to press left click and if you miss your perry you are dead 😅.

BTW, pred makes noises when cloaked… how do you not find him easy?

I don’t think any weapon is OP. I just think certain weapons are for unskilled preds that want to spam melee… but… when they face my clan the get what they deserve

How fast do you do it? Its a 4 man premade? A headshgot does a ton of damage, you need to figure out where he is fast enough, the general direction is not enough. Now I am not talking about people dancing around you with the bow. I mean in the jungle, getting shoot from a distance trough leaves and shit.
Guys, close range weapons have the parry for counterplay. Next, about Bow, the most skilled weapon?? For real?? Why? What skills you need to have for bow?
I rarely get a headshot. If I do I’m probably mudding up or doing objective in the wide open. Mudding up in the wide open is my mistake, objective is , well… no choice.
Now, I also rarely play with randoms. Not always a full team, but at least someone else to back me up.

I’ve faced so many PS4 Preds that just constantly miss their shots with the bow… I don’t blame them. Aiming with a controller is very difficult. I played this game for months with one.
That said, I’ve also faced many PC Preds that miss a lot so… is not like the mouse is magical aim… you need skill

its hard to land your shots. You can aim all you want. But try nailing a moving target
Man, you Just stand in a good spot…4 targets, charge your shot…and you have 2 fireteams downed for sure…
