"Predator slamming grounds" and more DO read

So how can I counter the slam as some Predators only slam, jump in slam jump out come right back slam! And take darn near all my health? So many slam on roof and get killed trying to click F to do my thing. Why cant we shoot tru building then or damage Predator with grenades that explode tru a wall ETC.

Been playing this for some hours now, can some one explain how Predators(some players) are 100% invisible? And moving 100% invisible?

How come Predators quick claim is quick but our rez/revive so slow! If It can take some one so fast out of the game is it not fair we can rez/revive as fast to get one back in game. (not talking about calling in for reinforcements)

This one bothers me a bit, who the heck made the mini gun spread out like a shot gun at 20 feet you darn near cant hit a thing, but yet the shotgun don’t have much of a spread, guessing its with slugs.
As your so to say stationary with the mini gun.

What are I am doing wrong I tried to parry the predator like 100 plus times and got it to work like 4 times.

Love the game but the predator and its skills are way Over powered. And before you haters come pick on that, most of the time playing there is no team work or down to 3 on the team.

And putting 100 rounds point blank (belt feed machine gun) in to a predator of all classes don’t even take them to second wind. And many times there are 4 players shooting the Predator and it kill all four with its combi stick, 2 of us had the belt feed machine gun, and not missing as much at it.

Do hope the balance is not set to what its right now! Then most of the players playing Predators will have to wait a long time for a match. As some friend stopped playing.

Try and get a team that can practice together and you’ll start to see that predator is definitely not op

Predators slam over and over again, because if they do anything else they get lit up.

Slam probably needs to be tweaked after a predator buff.

It’s always going to be unbalanced. It’s literally impossible to create a state of balance for an asymmetrical multiplayer game with a coordinated 4 person FT and uncoordinated 4 person FT when they face 1 Predator player. It’s not possible to try and give uncoordinated people buffs without coordinated people being able to capitalize on them.

Pred is not overpowered. Play with a full group who knows what they’re doing and youl see that not even leap slam will get you guys.

Ive said it many times the slam is broken right now. The roof slam is 100% gonna get patched. I’m pred main and I don’t slam any roofs. The purpose of the move is to do it in the open inflicting alot of damage at the price of the fireteam getting damage back since you can’t move after for a couple of seconds and your energy is overloaded. The issue came that the move was too dangerous before patch. Fireteams would melt predators if they used it once while the pred was locked in animation so to balance that they added the blind effect, so that fireteams can still get hits but the pred won’t get demolished using the move. The roof slam completely gets rid of the counter play since they can’t shoot or see you lol. So the energy overload and the recovery don’t matter anymore and the move does about 50% damage 2-3 usually kills fireteams. The only counter play is too leave the building super hurt. As for the knife parry if you pull the knife out and do the long stab when you think he’s about to attack you’ll get a more of a chance to parry. The animation is longer and if the pred attacks anytime during it it’ll auto parry him lol kinda broken but whatever 😁

Lol you say the roof slam is OP but then the knife parry using the strong attack is whatever. Biased much? Roof slam is fine, they only need to fix the animation cancel. Predator cant do shit if a FT decides to sit inside a building letting AI funnel in as they wait for their objective timer to finish before moving on. You cant run in head on unless you’re a combizerker and even then you’ll probably get melted.

I mean I don’t spam melee at people so I rarely get parried and I love fireteams that camp buildings those are super easy games I just use my smart disc and once I hit one or two people everyone clears the building a smart disc does 137 damage with down range on so the scout and recon class have 125 health so it’s a auto down assault class has 150 and support has 175 health so it forces a syringe. All I saying is I rarely lose to building campers lol and there’s many ways to kill them aside from using exploits no intended 😁

How do you know it wasn’t intended? Did you develop the game? I’ll give you the animation cancel glitch definitely was not intended. But even FT explosives do AOE through buildings. So, until either the devs say we are patching it, or it was meant to be, all you can do is speculate…

Roof slam is total bs, but you’ll say it isnt anyway so I won’t bother saying the rest, also the fact that the slam goes straight through walls too its busted shit

How is slam even a thing, I’ve read almost all the LIT, and not once did I read about some kind of Dragon Ball Z Aura. The worst thing is even when you’re ontop of a log stack and pred slams the ground next to you, you get splash. Tell me, from what? What am I being splashed by? Slam is over 9000 and needs to be removed and replaced with a pred buff.

I mean, there’s also the Plasma Caster at full charge. That’s bound to do some damage… and while their health has a limit your energy regen does not. I don’t really see the issue with this problem people are making it out to be.

Now, the Fireteam knives on the other hand…

just knifed a berserker who was spooning a FT member with his c-stick. unfortunately raged quit after that green jelly got smeared all over. that butter knife oh boy do grandmas know their tool of trade.

I mean, this game sells itself as an as-close-to-authentic Predator experience as you can get. It’s just weird how it works lol

The slam is very niche. After you land you are stuck in place for a moment, and if the team is paying attention/working together, they can kill you right then and there. If a team is good, it’s mean to help separate them or get them out of a building they are camping in. If you just slam down on them in the open, you’ll be dead against a solid team.

I feel the only real utility is slamming rooftops or slamming on someone who’s down while they are being revived tho. If you just slam on my team in the open we are all gonna empty our smg mags in you before your animation is over. It’s not good unless it’s on a rooftop.
