Have you guys ever really been handicapped by thermal devices and smoke grenades or are they just as an irritating joke as it is for me when I play FT.

Delete smoke grenades from the game pls. Thermal is fine but smoke is just to troll whoevers not playing on low settings.

The funny thing I’ve seen is ft use infrared jammer then mud up.

Yeah I usually run grenades and flash because those 2 seem more of a self hindrance then helpful.

Thermal isnt tooooooooo bad if you’re like trying to get to chopper ropes, but makes it harder to see pred.
Smoke is just giving the predator an advantage… Even if he’s lost his mask, hes the one whos gotta close to melee.

Even if you combine smoke with thermal the predator can still see you. The symbols above your head does not disappear so the FT is completely blind in that shit and the predator can kill you with little difficulty.
That is why when I see people popping smoke at the chopper I mud up and move away and hide in bushes hopping the pred attacks them first (I play random) and by the time he is done with 2 or so I can put him down (as I come out when he starts attacking).

Players that use smoke grenades at exfiltration zone are most likely beginners or complete retards, they obviously haven’t played as Predator since they don’t seem to know that the Predator can see through the smoke. And if the Fireteam has been targeted by the isolation then neither smoke or infrared jammers work, as a red tag appears over the Fireteam’s heads.
Another funny thing are the Predators that are slow and reaches the Fireteam not before they have reached the exfil and they rush in to try melee the Fireteam down in panic, only to get asswhooped. xD

XD doesn’t distract me and it’s funny because using the two in unison (jammer then mud up contradict each other and pred can see the fireteam)
Well, on ps4 smokes are great if you’re mudded up, but it takes a while for them to activate. They’re best for escaping on the chopper.

If you use both at once, pred can’t see you. BUT you can’t seem him hahahha
If smoke grenade is used by FT, I use thermal vision.
If thermal grenade is used by FT, I don’t use thermal vision.
But if FT drops both at once that can be problematic.
Smoke grenades allow you to see Predators shimmer ALOT better!
No! Please no! If the pred attacks someone in the smoke its so hard to actually help. It’s the worst

If i use thermals and lets say the pred is on a cliff i throw the termal on the cliff so he has to move
