Sorry, I’m not reading through all that. But I do have an idea.
I think when the Pred Claims he/she should pick up the body and preform the claim over a slightly longer period of time. The difference is they can move but not attack or jump while their ripping out the skull. (Or just decapitating.)
The thing that bothers me the most is that it should be a decapitation, and leave a headless body, it’s a quick claim and there shouldn’t just be a magic trick resulting in a Skull. It should take time to pick up the body, rip the head off and toss the rest aside.

I don’t like vacations I find my work satisfying and honestly have to remind myself to spend time with family. :o If I were to go on vacation I’d probably just go to a 5 star hotel for the weekend, but my house is pretty nice and I have a housekeeper, so its like 6 of one half dozen of the other really.
