Well I play with crossplay off on ps4 and I have 5-8 minute wait times pretty damn consistently. In fact last night I got a game at around 4:37 ish. Depends on when/where you play.

Just open it up to modders and content creators… the skyrim mods are amazing… illfonic one guy remastered the complete game by himself… i mean when are you going to master showing up to work

Games that are moddable are designed from the ground up to be moddable. Bethesda’s engine is mod friendly, Skyrim allows you to extract and edit assets so you can do plenty with it.
PHG is unreal engine spaghetti code nonsense and you’d have to reverse engineer the game lol.
Unless you’re willing to dedicate 3 years of your life learning to make UE do things its not meant to do beyond adjusting lighting and spawns “community mods” are not a feasible option.
