Unfortunately the only benefit to 1.06 being live is that it has shown me that illfonic has no idea how to balance this game moving forward or who they’ve made it for. This game is now completely balanced around casual forever bads. That’s not a good thing. You get to keep the money from the two accounts I’ve levelled to 100. I hope you can use it to convince sony to allow you to implement crossplay.

Agreed. Already tried for a refund thru Sony, they were the typical robot bitches. Not a surprise since they backed the game. Contesting it through my bank since apparently thieves will be thieves

Agreed. They made this patch because people don’t know how to play the predator. They just made it so the predator can run in and melee and game over. If people don’t understand and don’t want to learn how to play…don’t change it for them. I am not saying the fireteam should win every time but they need figure out this balancing out. They are going to lose more people then they make happy.

There will be more patches but I just think they should have waited and gotten some more data before they made changes. Melee for Predator already was pretty strong…you just made it stronger. This games is supposed to take its inspiration from the movies. If the movies were just the Predator runs up and melee’s everyone then no one would watch. Just think they should have made changes where the Predator actually just tried to sit back and pick people off then just run in balls to the wall. More interesting and fun gameplay to watch and play then smashing the melee button.

Because they nerfed things that not only dont make sense but arent in line with realism 40mm granades explode on impact and charged plasma one shotting was the only viable ranged attack the ability of fireteam to spot and hear that far that precisley is what breaks predator game play there needs to be more then one playstyle

So instead of helping them see the problems you just jumping ship that they are going at bad direction? Theres a tons of topic discussing about it and Illfonic been reading it as well. They’ll decide but I want them to focus on fixing game first then doing balance stuff.
