I know I can, and yeah the matches are some of the most difficult and infuriating,🤣 but I can pull through you’re right. You should’ve seen the amount of times I faced the original PS best teams like Wolf_Mike_1998, AD_Baller13 etc back in the day. At one point I think I’d lost about 15 matches in a row but I just kept on going, trying to win, trying a different approach, a different build, a different tactic, and that’s how I’ve gotten better in the 2 years I’ve played this game. I relentlessly keep on trying to win. My best trait as Predator isn’t skill, luck, aim, or build - it’s my resilience and refusal to back down.
Thank you I do appreciate the encouragement though honestly. Nowadays I just have more of a thing for trying to make the game fairer I guess. But yeah Good Hunting man ok👍

You remind me of myself when I was young & full of energy. Spent 4 hours playing people like Beer Warrior, Thunder, etc in Privates. Lost every single match. Every one I’d come in with a new Loadout, different weapons & try something new. From my Scout to a Hunter to City with Bear Traps, everything & anything under the sun. Just uttery convinced “The next match will be the one.”
Ahh, I almost miss those days of bullheadedness & bravado.

Everyone paid for the game and for DLCs and should be able to play the way the want.
One little consideration tho. FT, even if not premade, but a group of experienced players are just chilling and playing Rambo, because they can turn it on at any point. It’s an enjoyable experience for them. But a pred player has to tryhard and play near perfect to earn that win. Some pred players are ok with that, but FT should have a little consideration for them and use less broken builds builds just because the balance is FT heavy. Illfonic wont change anythng, so it’s up to the players to establish conditions for fair and competitive play.

Yeah man I’d literally use every class trying to win against teams that seemingly made no flaws. My old main Scout, to the random test of Samurai or Berserker back in the day, to my main City Hunter, to my prosperous Alpha Predator. I did everything I could and I never gave up. I would always eventually win a game, and then another 2 or 3 in a row before everyone got off🤣 Those were the days when we weren’t so pissed at this Trainwreck of a game, the early Hunts. I can’t really remember where I made a name for myself I’ll be honest. All I know was I bumped into a good premade, had a good match, got talking with one of the guys, who introduced me to Wolf Mike, who shortly after became a Power Ranger, and before I knew it I was facing the Rangers in Privates for hours not quite being able to win due to it being Airstrip every game, and Wolf Mike always saving them and tearing me apart. From then on I faced the likes of the Apples for ages trying to win a match against them and falling short, until a while after when we would next fight and I finally won the minority of matches. They’re probably the most well organised team I have faced. Since then the peak of my Hunting achievements has been beating Samhain’s team. I believe I won about 3 of 15 matches. I was only hoping to win 1 going into it. I tried everything, kept going and it eventually paid off.
I know you may not consider yourself that much of a great Predator anymore but you had a journey that you went on, when you played your best and did good and you should be proud of that. Especially being a PS Predator against PC Elites. Times have changed I’m sure you’re aware, which is why other people have stepped up to the podium, that people may not even remember being a day one player like StUrMi or myself, but I do respect you as one of the veterans of this game and your views👍

You’re a pretty good case of “New” blood in this old place, where its mostly cranky old heads moaning about the state of things today. Headstrong, stubborn & capable with a knack for learning. Plus you used to main Scout, anyone who did that gets the Okay in my Book.
Really wish we’d have met back in Year 1, wouldn’t have had to fall in with a Fireteam Group if there was more friendly competition. Those were fun times, back then ya could run pretty much anything and get away with it.

It’s never too late to wish happiness on a legend. He’s been on a tear lately, with his boss fights. God forbid I’m unfortunate enough to run into him. It might be me on YouTube, if I don’t stay in his good graces.
You know I saw him kill a ranger team with just claws on Airstrip a while back.

I played the game a couple days after it came out and overall I only played Fireteam to collect veritanium, and play as Dutch 2025 when he first came out. I was always a Predator main, through and through. I played more casually and for fun and Hunted like the Predators in the movies a lot more. I loved Scout and still do, always favoured him over big daddy Zerk🤣 I saw the Berserker as just a simple, black and white easy mode for Predators, and it just wasn’t my style, so I ran with Scout, beat premades, got called a hacker for winning with it🤣 and got compliments from people but never acted upon it. I ended up getting into a small group of people and I won every game as Predator in privates, loved my Scout, only deviated from it when Elder and City Hunter came round the block and even then it was still my main thing.
I had to adapt when the game got more Fireteam sided if I wanted to win but I still do use the Scout to this very day. I still win in Privates with it sometimes when people aren’t running broken stuff.
Back in the day people were a lot less toxic and judgemental aswell. There was a lot less dick-measuring and more “GGs” and sharing ideas, builds, giving tips. Plus the Devs actually cared about the game🤣

I will admit we had a few spats in the past. But that’s because he made me feel inferior and I would lash out at him. It was jealousy. As much as I knew in my heart he was the goat I never wanted to accept it.
The boss fights were the nail in the coffin. There was no more denying Chuck’s place above everyone else on the totem pole.
You either bend the knee or he will destroy you. So I bent the knee like everyone else.
