Fun fact about Pc Fireteams: They turn on crossplay to have a less chance of running into a PC pred and getting their cheeks spread instantly, and instead hope to get a console pred so they’ll have the technical advantage via a mouse over them.

I highly doubt that they ever will address “elite vs potatoes” issue because that is negligible number of games/players. If anything has chance to get into game, then it is second queue for elites (aka ranked) or opt-in modifier for public matches: [x] I am elite, adjust balance so I can get some challenge.
I think that the game needs to be done like in Dota 2. we need to make an mmr system, that is, a rating, so that people who don’t want to work, but even though they just want to have fun and have a cool time, can go into a simple mode that already exists and play there, and people who want strong opponents for themselves went into the search for games in matches for a rating. I think this would reduce the number of complaints about the balance, because then the strong would play the rating in order to prove that they are the strongest and those who do not want to sweat would play for fun in pubs, I think this would be the ideal solution to the problem. I think many people will support me, I hope the developers will listen
