title says it all. I’m curious what people think of it in its current state. it went from really good to just ok. And I feel like it was kinda core for early game pred players.

Id like to see a reinforcement rework first
Namely reinforce is only available for the first half of the game and stealth kills prevent you from being reinforced.

I think it should go back to full charge is a down but it overloads your energy that way and cant be spammed as much.

I would love to see a buff. Only because I personally and using to murder without down range just energy related perks as well as dithered lens. Just aim for the head and it’s so money. I’m addicted to watching the shots hit. I’d love to see it buffed but to be fair used skillfully and with perks u have a very dangerous ending game weapons already
That would make it much more rewarding for doing stealth kills at this point its for bragging rights to show off.

I think that’s fair. The time it takes to charge up, the fact that it gives away your position… seems like a good trade off if you can land the shot.

I understand the nerf but they didn’t need to nerf the damage, yeah if they increase the time charge and energy overload aftee the shot that would be appropriate, ive said this before but buffing and nerfing damage on both sides wont fix anything in the grand scheme of things, the execution and ease of using it is what should be looked at before a pointless damage nerf, for example the pistol that was a understanable nerf its still useable just slower but the bow headshot nerf was not, making arrow hold time shorter or you cant shoot off arrows as fast would negate the need to damage nerf cause it would be harder to pull off a headshot.

I feel like people don’t give Plasma Caster enough praise as say the Handheld or the Bow. Sure it’s a Energy Eater, but it delivers reliable AOE attacks on FT, and can easily trigger Barrels to AOE even more.
It’s even the main weapon to destroy FT Resources with. No reloading the Handheld and I don’t even think you can do that with the Bow. With good FT path estimating and aim, you can just win games without even having to heal at least more than once.
But on the buff note, I’d say it’s actually fine where it’s at.

honestly as far as stats go no i dont think it should be i think it adds just enough for skill and counter play. but for how it functions i think it should be yes i strongly belive in a lock on option for a fully charged shot and to have the power to hold a charge.
Sure, and predators can no longer leap during second wind!
As for shoulder cannon, its fine where it is. Good aoe and range.
with 87 Dutch being OP as hell (basically a scout with 180 hp and extra gear), plasma rifles, anticloaking granades and insta spot scanners… PC should be 1 shot 1 kill weapon when fully charged. Change my mind please

Eh? OP? LOL! Its worse then assault man. He also has far less gear then Assault. Did you meant perks? Yeah, he has more.
87 has 4 bars of the most useless stat, STAMINA. Bonus? Hip fire damage? Who fires from the hip (assuming you also want to hit the target)? Mud shield thing? I don’t know the damage protection it offers. Assault has secondary damage, now with the buff on the SMG its so good to wind the pred even faster.
1 shoot 1 kill? It was that, they nerfed it since it was broken OP. The fact that they tried it and nerfed it should actually change your mind.

With what weapon and from what distance? When the predator is on you in melee? That is the only instance when you should do that(actually you should pull out the knife but meh). Unless you’re using the minigun and then you have the hip it.
