I wouldn’t quite put it as broken, but definitely THE most important weapon in the Pred’s aresenal atm. If you go up against a decent FT you will absolutely NEED the Caster to do damage over time.

It’s the most powerful predator weapon, but I don’t think i’d call it overpowered. Everything we see about it is consistent with the movie.

Definitely. Just ask the people that immediately leave whenever one of these spammers emerges in a match.

I at least stick around to mock the spamming scrub who clearly loves sitting in the Pred queue.

As I have already said, nothing on pred side is op. I see people getting pissed off because of spammers, but it is really easy to punish those players, you just need to know how.

More like pretty much everything else in the pred roster is criminally underpowered and you have no reason to use it since caster and bow are the best approach to any situation every single time. Most of the gear is trash and melee exposes you to the most damage for some single target dps lol.

Then don’t spam bullets haa. People running around with the highest DPS weapons and optimal loadouts complain when pred does the same instead of trolling with the warclub.

With what they recently fixed with ft being attacked through walls by predator. Now when I duck behind a solid steel/concrete wall it wont hit me when it hits the wall. It will finally act like it’s supposed too. So now the plasma caster is better balanced, mildly annoying when someone just spams it but still.

This game is primarily based on Predator 1 and 2, where the Predator intentionally limited itself in equipment in order to make a more honorable fight. We’re now in a situation where the game is trying to mimic the results of that and Predator players (babies) think they should be more powerful because they don’t want to have to limit themselves. Allow Predator players to give themselves a bonus where they no longer accept giving the FT a fair fight and instead just want to win, but guarantee the FT 1000 veritanium and experience if the Pred abandons Pred principles.

Usually, just by avoiding them(hide behind objects and etc.).Snipers can punish them as well, especially recon with his spotting. As soon as pred gets spotted, ft can melt him easily.
Plasma does not have enough damage output to kill the entire team.

We’re on the same side here. The Predator could kill the fireteam whenever it wanted to, but is limiting itself to get a fair fight. The predator should be able to abandon being fair and take some XP damage and give the FT XP plus veritanium. If they win after that, they get the XP back. The game should allow for crappy hunters like you to abandon the principles of the hunt to win, after all, the original predator abandoned the principles of the hunt to try to kill his better with himself after he knew he was dead.
