Shuffler: the perk nobody wants to talk about

OK. 1.Why would you need to move faster while downed? What possible strategy could this give?
I could live without it while giving us something better…BUFF THE SPEED MOVEMENT PERK while running. Because that one is more useful and still doesn’t add any more speed to you currently.

The usage of this is needed because when using heavy guns like the Dutch weapon and the XRL shotgun (i forgot it’s name)…mobility are both 3 bars making you slow like turtle.

With shuffler you can crawl behind cover quicker for a safe revive. It has some use in that sense.

But asking for more mobility for the fire team is absolutely ridiculous xD

there you go this list may never be finished but this was all true as of last patch as since no perk changes took place from then to now this is still true

which again some were not changed since they were tested so most of it is still true sadly

correct it’s either to difficult to discern the % or we just don’t know cause we can’t math it out like with the +dmg against npc’s or the % is simply to low like less than 1%
inconsistent implies there is a % difference but it varies for some strange reason
