As I said earlier I’m planning on getting a tax lawyer when I’m in possession of a good amount of money, which will be whenever I graduate medical school and start practicing medicine.
Gonna try things the legal loophole way first and if all else fails, then probably your method or outright evasion.

You have a grant or something? My cousin is finishing her residency as a cardiologist and she’s madly in debt. And she got some grants and her parents helped her a lot. Is absurd the amount of money you need to get some education around here.

I’ve supposedly there is a way to get out of paying property taxes. I believe one way was if you bury a loved one on your property and go thru a few hoops you get you property basically recognized as a cemetery which aren’t taxed. Now I’ve only heard of this havent looked to much into it yet tho

in Texas and most other states you need it to be a land portion dedicated to agriculture. It has to meet certain criteria.
My buddy in VA has chickens and a tractor to lower property Taxes to manageable levels. hahahaha

Yeah I worked my ass off and got a ton of money in scholarships and grants. Even then am still gonna owe a good amount.
I plan to take a Veterans Association contract which would have them pay for the rest and my malpractice insurance in exchange for working with them for a while after I graduate.
Already on at least 17 watch lists and proud of it!

I blamed only those who cheated.
I want to work up in Alaska and they pay a yearly amount just from how much they get from oil. Don’t have a state income or sales tax either, just local sales taxes. Plus a large part of the land is exempt from property taxes.
Pretty good deal as far as getting a start on taking advantage of tax laws goes.
