From 45m away to close range you have time to land multiple sawz shots. Thats is just the safest way to engage vs an Axe pred when you are playing solo.

Or you can go rambo like this:

You have to time it to dodge the heavy attack, its not gonna work 100% of the time, you cant win all 1v1s vs predators, but its not impossible.

Any melee predator can be soloed

The vast majority of predators can be soloed, despite their playstyle. Carrying a certain weapon doesn’t guarantee you a win if your braindead.

I do want the axe to get fixed, as I want all the other bugs to get fixed but even in it’s current state it’s not a weapon that can’t be countered and no one is gonna prove me otherwise.

If I wanted to win a 1v1 easy vs a player using a melee weapon I would probably choose the Sickle over the Axe, its more reliable.

Again, it should lock on and literally turn the predator into the hit. With lag, it might be possible to dodge, because the lock on gets finicky.

Rule 1 of PHG: if its vs a ft premade Predator can do and use anything he wants.

Rule 2 of PHG: if you are alone with 3 potatos, you as ft can do and use anything you want vs the Predator.

All I’m seeing here aside from a wannabe troll, and pp measuring contests is that there’s a severe lack of balance updates, and bug fixes. With that being said let’s all remember who’s job it is to do that which will prevent/mitigate posts like this on the forum and other social media sites. Remember that the last actual balance change that we’ve had since the axe and hammer buff (which was 7 months ago) is the nerf to the wrist launcher.

One does not need to exploit a glitch to have fanatic activated. There can be a numerous reason why your fanatic is active leading up to your encounter with a axe wielding predator.

There is no difference between being full health or half health vs axe user. You are 1 shot.
Id rather be half health with fanatic active.

Oh ya, the best players are hybrids. Mainly cause they understand both sides. But balance has gone to shit so long ago and ft literally requires no skill whatsoever.

It’s why it attracts the players it does, the ones who focus ft.
It’s so fucking easy lol.

I’m just poking fun at people complaining about the axe cause its honestly ridiculous to complain about it lol.
