Not entirely true.
On pubs it’s easier to get a fun match as FT than as Pred.
As Pred 90% of the times either you get a potato team you can deal with in 2 min, 5% you’ll get a PC premade FT that can melt you in 2 min. The remaining 5% of the matches are those when you have a fun balamced match.
And this comes from me, an average Pred player the most. For a good player it’s even worse.
As FT, it’s not quite the same. The majority of the matches are still easy going, but the probabilities of getting a fun match are higher. Not also there are less potato Pred players out there than FT ones, but if you’re good, it doesn’t matter if you get potatoes on your team cause your skills are gonna balance the odds.
Just check one of the latest videos of Samhain where he gets 10k dmg on Pred. I bet he had a lot of fun.

All jokes aside, ft is just boring in general.
Generic fps, with nothing interesting to it.
And theres no real downside to anything they use, so it’s easy mode.
No real recoil.
No sway.
On most classes your movement is incredibly fast.
The missions require no skill, it’s not challenging at all, just hold down a button.
The A.I. are no threat, just annoying.
The missions are way too short.
Damage is way higher than it should be.
Its extremely easy to heal.
You can negate an half of the preds attack set. (Parry)
Theres no aspect of skill when it comes to ft, ever since specializations came out.
My point here being, ft literally cant be fun because of how easy it is.
The devs went with some horrible designs for this game.
Even if you play a really good pred player,
It’s not really fun. Even if you kill them.
The movement is so clunky that you cant really fight the pred in a cool or interesting way.
And it’s not too impressive seeing high numbers on a pred. Given that you can do like 1k damage in about 5 seconds?

I do think the axe is ridiculously OP. Like, all melee weapons requiere a certain amount of hits & time, to down somebody, while the damn axe can take you down with one heavy hit depending on many things… still, it’s there to be used, so I guess: “why not?”
Still I hate it. I hate when I get caught by surprise, cuz I can’t even react because I’m already dead lol… and yes, I suck at this game… can’t git gud 😢

If you had multiple Dantes and Supports then don’t even cry about the Axe -
- Cry that you can’t win against a Pred using melee, with 2 Dantes, a Support and a Scout Duelist.
If you’re using that much of an OP setup then the Axe shouldn’t even be viable. Learn to aim, and outdamage the Predator.
