It does. But I think that’s partly because of the gloss. A matte finish would probably greatly improve it.

Saved the best for last :)
10 will always be my favorite Doctor. The writing for his stories was peak, and Tennant is an incredible actor, like he was literally born for the role. I was so overjoyed to see him again after Jodie Whittaker, if even for those few episodes. Him, Eccleston and Capaldi are my top Doctors of the new era; I did enjoy Matt Smith, he had some great stories, but I preferred the dark, war-scarred personas 9 and 10 delivered. Matt was a bit too goofy, and while his previous regens were goofy too, you could tell they were being that way to hide the trauma of just coming out of the Time War.
