Yeah me too. I never let my guard down.
It’s a recipe for problems if you do. I always expect anyone to stab me in the back (metaphorically and physically), so when it inevitably happens as it always does, I’m prepared and already in a position to majorly fuck over the person doing it.

Not sure if it’s because I can’t feel strong emotions that I don’t form emotional bonds with other people, or if it’s because I’m always on guard. Either way the pros heavily outweigh the cons & I probably will never change.

Tho the only thing I have a very strong emotional bond to is my dog, and I would actually kill for him.

God forbid anyone harms him because I would actually make them suffer a ten-thousandfold. At that point, it is only a question of what I am capable of doing. And I do believe I am capable of doing damn near anything.
