TARGET ISOLATION NEEDS GONE ASAP

You keep talking about how you don’t want to get spoonfed and don’t want to use the Tracking Isolation.
The only thing I don’t get is why you must be so upset about it when you can just ignore using it. You’ve mentioned it so many times that you don’t use it, so what’s up with all the fuzz?
Because others use it? Why does that trigger you so bad?
Just let people play however they feel like.

I honestly feel sorry for the people that have to deal with you on a daily basis. I would never be able to stand your constant triggering over non important things as a simple “use or don’t use” mechanic.

It’s not a problem though. People who don’t want to use it doesn’t use it and people who wants to uses it.
It’s just that simple. Why is it so hard for you to understand that not everything revolves around what you think is and isn’t.
Let people have fun in their own ways.

You say it’s destroying peoples gaming experience. Well I am sure that everyone is fully capable of deciding for themselves whether or not it does or not.
I don’t think they need a whiny kid deciding that for them.

exactly. no ones forcing him to use it. you dont like the mechanic good for you. people will do. not everyones “hardcore” like deadeye here … some people are just casual. with how quick the matches ti needs to stay. it has a cooldown like ive said before and il say it again its not even an issue. use it or dont simple. hell. even ask for an option for it to be toggled off in the options of your game. that would make you happy @DeadEyeBuddha or maybe it wouldnt. lol

This entire thread is dumb and pointless and has wasted the time of everyone who’s responded to it myself included. If you don’t like it don’t use it simple as that. The game doesn’t constantly tell you to use it in a match so it’s not spoon feeding in any way. It’s a tool like the wrist blades or plasma caster, or thermal, you are not required to use them to win.

Sure, sure… as soon as spotting and reinforcments will be removed from the game. No problem!

You don’t use it. Well, you see, here’s how it works. Match starts, it has ~15 seconds before you can use it. The fireteam with any brain cells muds up. You use it. You don’t see them, because the mud blocks it. Now you know where the one boar that starts on the map is. Then you wait the two minute cool down, but by that time you found the FT anyway, so you then use it when you need to find another pig.

If you ever used it and found where the FT is, that was a new/bad player, and of course they were slaughtered, they were new/bad. You’d have slaughtered them regardless of the isolation.

Get down off your high horse and learn about the mechanic you want gone because “people who suck are easy to kill” Isn’t a good position to change mechanics for.

I think you missed my point.

I’m not defending it I’m saying its ineffective to begin with so there’s not point in removing it. The only time it works is at the very beginning of the game where the players havent had the time to mud up(which last like 2 seconds) and it mostly just tells you “yeah there are no boars around here.”

Also, dude just because you are over here with the headphones on listening to every minor sound(which I’m impressed you can hear boars I didn’t even know they make noises) doesn’t mean you are superior.

this is really non-issue imo.

Jason could teleport anywhere on the map so… and there was no way to counter that. In no way is target isolation gonna make the game baby easy for the predator and also there is sound grenades and heat heat grenades the ft can use to

Don’t think that predators that use and dont use target isolation have a skill gap, it’s about getting kills and dioritating the ft
And being resourceful and creative. Builds have a part to do with it but if your effective in your games with that build then it’s good there no one perfect build

ok, remove mud and silencers also. balance it out lol

😂😂😂😂😂

A spotting mechanic?

A long cool down on a broad spotting mechanic?!

Lazy players? Using a spotting mechanic to find something they would have to try actually try to pin point otherwise if the game didn’t highlight them in red?!

Easier?!

WHAT NOOOOOOO

WHO COULD RELY ON SUCH A MECHANIC!?

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Alright, Predator’s lose target isolation and FT loses the spotting ability. Fair trade?

already explained this the other day.
A good predator doesnt even use target isolation to find the fireteam because they know they are going to be mudded up. especially at the start. I basically use it only to find pigs and when iv already found them and they are in buildings etc to see whos where.

I rely on map and spawn point knowledge. to go to the general location and i listen. you hear panting/sprinting sounds and the voice lines of the fireteam, shooting, AI voice lines, camp alarms…

I can see flocks of birds fly up into the air where you run. taking it out wouldnt make the slightest bit of difference only hinder those that havnt learned these skills yet.

I can find the FT in less than a min without even using it.
Just use it when i hear pig sounds then go and get the pigs.

You are so amazing for not using target isolation… can i have your autograph?(sarcasm)😁

just saying why removing it wouldnt remove whats bothing you. the fact pred is right on you at the start of the mission harassing you…

If you want to avoid that, you need to stay mudded up, not sprint everywhere… use supressors and knife AI where possible. make as little noise as you can. destroy camp alarms etc etc.

Dude you’re nuts. Turn off your vision and just find them? Hahah yeaaaah don’t know about that one pal

its easier to hear them with thermal vision off. well i find it is anyway idk about you

It’s not even a matter of hearing them is just you sound “bubbles” that pop up. But the utility of the isolation scan is unparalleled. After I kill someone I’ll wait 45 seconds hit the scan and see if someone’s running off alone to revive. Definitely super strong utility. I agree it’s not needed to find them, after time you’ll know where to check, but it’s definitely good utility

ahh i see yeh sound bubbles are good
