You take far more less damage, you can now easily find and kill boars and regenerate more Health from them.
FT Weapons are nerfed besides Shotguns.
Before the Patch it was really hard work to down all FT Members as Scout now its really easy going.

Before the Patch you were able to rely on a PC and down the FT members. Now… bow is great, but any class can use bow. And FT starts to understand how they should move to counter the bow users.
