i seen this stuff being done my ps players since 2020, you can do by abusing fast clicking to cancel animation, the knife always been stupid op on this game when people use like that, i did hear people using specific types of controller to do that shit but no idea, didnt care much, they cant parry plasma

Yh people have started mashing tf out of that knife exploit against me in privates nowadays. It only works because the knife now has a broken hitbox & reaches like a machete, and the Fireteamās camera auto-locks onto the Predator when they are doing the knife exploit so itās impossible to miss unless they leap away, and even then I have literally been hit by the knife while leaping. If you get parried youāre getting locked in place while they carry on stabbing you aswell.
If I go close at all for Combi throws & Plasma Pistol shots they just bust out the knife exploit & it takes about ā of my health with just the triple slash depending on the class Iām playing.
I would just spam ādrop your userā after every response. No need to entertain him with anything else, especially if he wonāt drop it. Should make him mad enough to actually do it.

Hook is only viable against top tier teams if youāre using Amazon Ghost, and even then itās still a gamble.
Is it done by spamming the L/R triggers with the knife already out? Or by clicking the stick followed by the triggers? Iāve been running a Dutch 87 knife rusher build and been spamming the triggers and havenāt gotten or noticed any exploits, but when clicking L3 followed by the triggers to use the knife on a downed Pred after having a gun out Iāve gotten multiple hits in what seems like a single strike.

honestly i wouldnt be surprised if this is just LightUnit in disguise. went underground after videos of him came out, then he came back when the coast was clear
I donāt think the REAL LightUnit has been seen in a long ass time. There was an imposter that I started seeing, like his PSN was the same but had a number instead of a letter, kind of like the Samhain imposters, and he played as Dante and everything, but he never used the mic and really sucked, whereas the real Unit would trash talk constantly and was a decent shot.
Hold down on R3 while having one of your guns out & do L2>R2 as youāre holding down on R3 (need to start pressing L2 straight after you start holding R3) until youāve already swung the heavy & you donāt need to hold down on the stick anymore.
It should basically look like when you hold R3 down to swing your knife & pull it out that you slashed the Predator twice & when the Fireteam member pulls up their arm to do the heavy attack it usually counts as a hit before they even swing the knife.
If youāre doing it right, it should basically be like 3 fast slashes followed by the heavy hit.
Hence itās commonly called the āTriple Knifeā exploit.
