Umm the brothers served a termination notice back in 2016, and heard no objection for four and a half years. Fox had no objection then. Only now is there an objection since Disney usurped the license after acquiring Fox AFTER the termination was filed. The brothers are in the right here. Plus Disney needs to be put in check since they’re a borderline monopoly.

Completely different issue and this is a different situation than F13. Same anti-Fox lawyer though.

Mouse about to eat them alive they’ve got some of the most powerful lawyers in the world. Entering a legal battle with Disney, while hilarious, is silly.
In the event that they win you won’t see anything AvP related ever because they won’t be under the same publisher so there’s that.

Thats so many hoops to jump through that its never going to happen. Scott only signs on AvP because its covenient free money, he doesnt like it at all nor would he pursue it outside Fox’s deals.

That said, Disney’s winning period. The mouse doesn’t lose in court unless a ride malfunctions and kills a kid, much less lose an IP ever. Messing with Disney is messing with the entertainment cartel. They’re going to sign the thomas brothers and their childrens children into life-binding NDAs after they settle out of court with a very large sum of money.

Wild wild west was an absolute, no-holds-barred, coat hangar abortion of a film! In comparison to its source material, it’s the “The Predator” of westerns!!!
