This community is so toxic

Every time I get on the forums it’s always something about the game or the devs and people just arguing going back and forth with people that enjoy the game. Can we as a community just play the game give the devs thoughtful opinions and changes we think would work instead of doing this “This piece of shit game how can I do anything with 3 maps, why is the game mode so shitty, why can’t we have a 2v8, etc.” It just gets annoying 😭🤦🏿‍♂️

Funny part is, is that we tell the Devs what we want and these so called people who love playing the game automatically attack you if they don’t like your ideas. Maybe, just maybe some people should take a good look in the mirror sometimes and stop judging other people for their ideas, even if they don’t like them. Just saying.

Then maybe if the Devs start listening as well and stop adding game breaking bugs and improperly balanced weaponry and stats in favor of one side or the other, then maybe just maybe people won’t be so toxic towards them.

We’re not that bad… overall.

There is some toxic behaviour but not as much as other forums I’ve been a member of and I think there’s a lot of good discussion buried in the arguments.

I don’t like the term ‘toxic’ bc I’m a fan of the Toxic Avenger and he is a good fellow.

I prefer to use the term “full of beans”.

My the server’s been full of beans ever since the update dropped.

Generally speaking it’s on a rotation around here.

  • Update hype
  • Where’s the update? threads
  • Update occurs
  • People bitch often without playing it
  • Players then adjust to the update and we’re back to Jungle Hunter threads

Gonna be honest, you’ve got a point and they’ve got a point.
I think people could be a tiny bit more positive about the state of the game, but it really is kiiiind of in a shitty place right now regarding content, and the new game mode was completely not asked for and out of the blue.

I don’t really see any feedback on these forums aside from players wanting specific boxes checked so;

  • Predator versus Predator
  • More FT
  • More than one Predator versus a few more FT

Anything else is just adding objectives to Hunt or giving an optional objective to Predator. I don’t think we’d been expecting King of the Hill with Juggernaut for flavor but it did check the boxes the community asked for.

Players have also asked for bots and more 1 player support due to long wait times to be the Predator. We have constantly asked for more maps and we also asked for some major game balance. Seeing that a Predator is taking on 4 opponents it is only right that that Player has access to more abilities and HP and Stamina. The Predator, seeing that they are larger and stronger then humans should also be able to carry more weight. Also with the understanding that the Predator lives longer they should also have access to more abilities as well. The way the game is now is not even close to a balanced match, combined the FT has access to a possible total of 16 weapons that can inflict damage, the Predator by itself has access to at most, 4. The FT total 12 abilities and 6 useful items, the Predator only carries max 3. Where is that by any means balanced?

@Vexx0927 we are much closer to balance now then last patch. Give it some time man. Even Yuppers likes it, and he hates everything.
