You know what I was going to comment on the balance but Iāve given up on that a long time ago. They donāt listen so why bother eh? You either see the poor balance or you donāt so letās just all sit back, relax, crack one open and watch the game crash and burn!

No. Not even close Iām afraid. The only thing people considered God like during beta and launch was beserker predator with a combistick. And thatās only cause people didnāt know how to play. So they nerfed him at launch despite people killing preds left right and center during the end times of the beta.
Ever since then the balance changes have been wonky. They say they change stuff for pred to make it better but we end up finding out itās like 1 or 10% difference. Meanwhile fireteam gets broken crap like the specialisations.
Fact of the matter is pred was never good. And got worse and worse with each passing update. We just didnāt have all the good fireteam stuff at the beginning and werenāt good at the game yet. Okay maybe pred was solid during the cloak change when he was completely invisible even when quite close to the Fireteam. But even that is a bit of a stretch cause of Predās low dps. And I suppose the one shot caster times but that you still actually had to land the hit and was pretty much the only thing going for him at the time. So eh.
Really I think itās just an illusion. Thereās a lot and I mean a looooot of bad fireteam players out there. So predators go up against them cause theyāre the majority and win thus it creates the illusion that the game is balanced.
I mean for fuck sake most of the random fireteam players donāt stick together or even shoot the predator when heās standing still right in front of them. Shit Iād think everyone is talking crap and that pred is op if I kept going up against those kinds of people too!

Yep definitely donāt believe them. Have you seen how they play on their streams? Yikes! Even now theyāre saying the balance is only in favour of the FT by a smidge! A fucking smidge! If thatās a smidge then what the hell is gigantic to them?!?! Oh right an update with a few masks and shaders.
