yes, people cried that illfonic wants to force us to pay, not fix anything. Strange that they did not understand that with content patch also will make fixes

They did not fix SLAM hitting you trough multiple walls and trough multiple levels of elevation. Big issue for me. Fine, keep the damage but don’t allow it to go trough walls and elevations.
They put new bugs in. I can’t have all 3 slots on my support, in gear. The last one always is removed when I join a new game.
Challenges should be team wide, not just for 1 (masks one). You need to encourage team play, not the opposite…
The rest I like but this? Eh… No…

they fixed slide ater slam
That’s not the only fix I was looking for. Also they fixed that one and made another problem, apparently you can double slam now. There was a video around here for it.
Playing predator seems a lot smoother. Loving the changes to heat vision and the cloak

I did like the intimidating blank stare Voodoo had in the original heli infil sequence. Now all he does is play with his rolex.

The first big update and the only new content requires you to open up your wallet again for a game that lacked content and was overpriced in the first place…
The damage through walls goes both ways. Grenades damage passes through walls and tree trunks as well. No different than real life my man.

so many morons have this mentality that Illfonic just wants to scam the masses for their $ some how…I kept saying just be patient im sure a big patch will come with the DLC or before…Its not like they want their came to not succeed…

Nobody is questioning that they want the game to succeed, I’m sure they do. I question whether or not they have the resources and the competence to do so. So far I have doubts that they have either.

what is success to Illfonic other than $$ ? That is literally how you judge success in business. And if the game is too shit to play regularly then we are strung along with DLC. that is how this shit works.
I dont think they have bad intentions I think they don’t have the team to make a competent game.
The game can be a success without necessarily being a competent one. Judging by the quality of the product we received they must have made back their money and then some.
If this werent a franchise title like predator it would be in the bin.
hardly. I’ve just been making more bug reports in less than 24 hours after this patch dropped than i did all of 1.06.
I mean they charged 39.99 not 59.99 and the paid DLC right now is technically optional, u dont have to buy it, its free next month anyway. With the way some ppl paint Illfonic out to be you’d expect them to charge a minimum of 59.99 for this …and its really not that much compared to other games DLCs. I get the game has flaws, I experience them too.
I just think ppl are way too harsh or acting like theyre paying a monthly fee to play this game. My overall experience is good with this game tho I have experienced frustrating bugs or glitches too. The way they planned this game was to have the road map layout style to it so its hard to say what the game is yet when it has more to come. And yea they maybe arent as big of a company as other game developers and maybe thats why theyre doing it this way…I dont think they should be faulted for it. Even if they did make their money back they can put those resources into future dlc and content ideally.
