Time is convoluted

CAN WE STOP WITH THIS DUMB COMMENT

For anyone who doesn’t know in dark souls there is a NPC Called Solaire

solaire-darksouls

He’s the one that gives you the ability to be summoned to other worlds for multiplayer

This is explained as time being convoluted

The problem appears when everyone takes this line and try to use it to explain EVERYTHING

Hey this character is really old

NO THEY’RE REALLY YOUNG TIME IS CONVOLUTED

Hey how is this character here in DS3 when they should be dead as of DS1?

THEY’RE THERE BECAUSE TIME IS CONVOLUTED EVEN THOUGH DS3 AND DS1 AREN’T IN THE SAME CYCLE

Why didn’t that hit register?

TIME IS CONVOLUTED

Ok sorry that’s my bad, was cleaning up after an incident and readjusting the timeline to retain normalcy for the mass population. 2 world wars is quite enough.

Just give it a little bit and the effects will fully resonate the timeline back to semi-basline status.

It’s not convoluted

It’s a fabrication

Meaningless symbols to help fragile minds cope with reality and it’s ultimate futility

You can’t disprove multiverse theory.
Different timelines.

Endless, infinite.

Out there, theres a version of you that is everything you could never imagine yourself being.

Its different timelines.
So of course its convoluted.

Something specific is bothering you.
What is it?

Lol.

A sane humanitarian me?

Dear god…

Even worse.
A furry you.
A jedi furry you.

Who’s the gay lover of jar jar binks.

XD

Dear god. That would be the worst timeline.
You, well in that timeline you would be considered this timelines normal. XD

The convoluted time only affects summoning and invading

Everything else is set within it’s time aside from Manus pulling heroes from different times

Manus is the lone exception and even then he’s Using it specifically

We even see this with Dusk

Dusk uses summoning to manipulate time to act as a vendor

But people keep throwing this out as if it affects everything

“Alvina is old”

"No time is convoluted. That’s why she’s not dead’

Rather than the simple answer of

She’s old

“How did Ornstien get to archdragon peaks when he died in DS1?”

“Time is convoluted so a paradox exists”

Even though DS1 physically can’t take place in the same cycle as DS3

No cause I fkn hate furries.
But in that time line there might be a furry me there too.

Ugh.

Wasn’t Ornstein in DS1 an illusion though made by Gwyndellon? Smough was real though. In DS2 we see his corrupted armor and in DS3 it’s implied he made it to Archdragons peak to train with the forgotten king to eventually become a dragon which is why we can find his spear and armor.

Buddy you’re living it and haven’t realized it yet.

I haven’t dove that deep into the lore, so I have no fkn clue who manus is, but no, it wouldnt only affect summoning and invasions.

Think about it.

There might be one main time line.
Or focused time line.

But given that souls is a bunch of different timelines mixed together, all happening at once, logically, this would apply to story events as well.

There might be some shit thats stupid, bit it’s not that far of a stretch.

I dont see why it bothers you though.
Like its not a big deal.

Doesnt work like that.
And unfortunately for you, theres only like 2 timelines were you’re not a furry, and this ain’t one of them.

Stop trying to drag me down with you.

You know damn well that I may be a degenerate but a furry? No thank you. Besides if anyone’s a furry it’s @Eshtion for wanting to a bug who thinks itself a bat and a templar.

No no no, dont you try to divert attention here.
Why do you think the universe hates you so much?

Cause you’re a disgusting furry.

But ya esh is a bug.

Hes the bug that drove solaire insane xD

No Completely unfounded

He drops his ring which is very real and his unique soul

Again like DS3, probably a different cycle where different events happened.

And that’s if it’s him in the first place

Keep in mind Lordran is gone

Wasted away to time and forgotten

If Ornstein was still alive the memories of such places would likely of been kept alive

And if we’re assuming all games are in the same cycle, Ornstein is already dead in DS3, which has to be before 2.

DS3 and DS1 don’t happen in the same cycle

Ornstein specifically got tired of waiting for the chosen undead and left Anor Londo

In DS1 he dies to the chosen undead no matter what.

What?

No where did you get that from?

I hate stupid people

IM NOT A BAT INFIDEL

The game literally tells you that by telling you how the summoning works.

I mean if you want to look it at from a boring point of view, a lot if returned items are there simply because the devs put that in there for fans.

While the game doesn’t focus on timelines, there is evidence of time travel in ds1 in a DLC I believe.

Where the wolf will recognize you and barely attack.

Tho it doesn’t explain everything.
Youd have to tell me exactly What’s they said that bothered you, and then I’d have to look up info on that and take it from there.

Il do it if you want me too lmao.

I’m not as invested as you are tho.

Also you’re a bug
