Damage done sure as shit matters when one FT member can easily put the pred into 2nd wind, when there’s more than one there the pred has no chance.

You obiviously didn’t get the point. Predator has weapons to kill fireteam camping on house, has weapons to insta kill any fireteam member, has stealth, has ability to see trought walls and behind corners.
Fact is:
It is very easy to be and win as an predator, it feels good to beat everyone at first minute. But it doesn’t make you good. Not even when it takes 5 minutes and you have aten 4 pigs during that match.

You obviously missed the point that a single scout dualist with the 1911 can pretty much 2nd a pred by themselves, or Dutch 87, assault deadly, or recon sniper, etc. FT damage capacity is insane and everyone knows this but apparently not you.
FT also has the capability to ignore the preds stealth through the spotting mechanic, motion trackers, UAV, ACIG, just listening to the preds elephant sized feet. FT can also hit the pred from multiple different angles in which the pred can’t retaliate because they cannot go after more than person at a time unless they’re hugging each other. FT can also mud up and completely negate target iso and thermal.
Also In order to insta down anyone you have to use the correct specializations and weapon I.e disc with elder stalker and down range and then again that takes work since you’re left vulnerable.
Fact is:
It’s very easy to win against potatoes but against good teams pred will struggle and more often than not lose and by the way you’re talking you only fight potatoes.

Unfortunately fireteam cant run half map as fast as predator can. And if predator prekilled pigs all around map, then it is pretty much impossible to counter.
Yes your idea sounds great if it means fireteam will get infrared vision and cloak too. and if they can outrun predator to heal themselves.

How many heals does a pred get in your match on average before it ends? It doesnt matter if he kills 500 pigs and theyre littered all over the map if you don’t know how to take advantage of downtime.

Pretty sure majority of the players in this thread playing as pred have played against a very skilled FT’s (death squads), where it didn’t matter your play style you would constantly be countered.
Once had a crazy match as pred where FT ditched the objectives and I needed to use my health kit but no matter where I went they were on me, they were very good at listening for pred clicking and watching for movement whether cloaked or uncloaked, you would have thought they were cheating but they were just that good as a fire team (before pred specialisations got added).
I think there are just more new people coming to this game playing as FT and for a lot of pred players, they find them easy prey therefore those FT players want pred to be nerfed more? Just my personal observation and opinion. Like anything, to be good at something you have to keep practicing and learn from mistakes etc… I don’t feel like pred needs to be nerfed anymore than what it already has been to date.
average 0 but there is certain maps where it isnt possible to follow predator. if you have played enought you would know those locations. Get good.
