According to Rudy Giuliani only 3 cases have been presented in front of the courts
Voter Fraud
I’m not convinced of anything and that’s my point. You might have missed some of my earlier posts but I’ll go over my perspective again. I fully believe there was voter fraud this election. I’m not convinced it was enough to overturn the results, but since election day and watching the numbers, something is definitely off. I do believe that there was more fraud this election than ever before and I’m worried not taking it seriously enough will only result in it continuing in the future.
I’ve seen enough over the past year to be convinced that media as a whole is no longer interested in news but agendas and narratives. Ariana Pekery, Glenn Greenwald, and others coming out stating as such. So between that and social media’s push to mark everything election related with a fact check I kinda feel a little “pay no attention to the man behind the curtain” type vibe like everyone just wants this to go away. I know this sounds all conspiracy theory like but again, what I’m seeing just doesn’t add up right.
I get the different reasons why everyone is pushing for this to just go away, but at the same time they impeached the president on less than this. A special counsel spent two years investigating the last election on what ultimately turned out to be the same if not less bullshit than what we’re seeing now. Why can’t we take this just as seriously instead of running headlines “DOJ and FBI concluded no fraud”, only to have those departments immediately issue statements saying “We’re still investigating and have not reached any conclusions at this time.”
39 cases thrown out of court, that’s fine. You only need one to actually go through to get a look at what’s going on. Like what’s happening in GA now.
And none met the burden of proof. Just because he only brought 3 cases doesn’t mean the other case brought on Trump’s behalf don’t count against him.
Rudy himself said one of the challenges wasn’t a fraud case, choosing a lower level of scrutiny but still failing to present anything to the courts. To be clear Rudy tried to disenfranchise 7 million people without evidence. The Republican judge dismissed the case. The appeals court ruled the same.
What do you make of the video from Georgia?
Which one?
The one where a worker drops off a case? If someone posts it I’ll watch but it’s likely without context. A poll clerk would know the why directly.
Apparently they told everyone they were done counting and had to go home
They then continued counting and pulled out multiple bags of luggage allegedly filled with ballots from under the tabels
They more they block and deny the badder they look
Especially with how ravenous they were with the collusion hoax and every other false allegation of the President
Should be this here
This is pretty interesting
That senator is so dismissive, like she doesn’t see the video at all. She’s just short of saying that it’s doctored.
Basically.
That’s how it all works. Media reports something isn’t real, no matter what new evidence comes up people clamor on about “but it’s been disproven”. It hasn’t yet, the investigation isn’t even started really.
This in and of itself isn’t proof of fraud but it’s damn sure suspicious and therefore justifies looking deeper. Governor asked for a full signature audit and now it’s gonna get messy again and a lot more fights.
This is why the claims about the observers are so important, particularly in PA. Where the state passed a law this year that says you don’t have to verify signatures. If they get it to the Supreme Court with that, and rule that law unconstitutional and do a ballot signature audit…that might get interesting.
Or it might not…we’ll all just have to wait and see but this is definitely not as over and done with as people are making it out to be.
The signature part should be interesting.
Watched the PA truck drivers video. Also an interesting case. I wonder if the USPS premices where the trailer was dropped of had cameras and if there’s a log of who picked up the trailer. As far as him carrying boxes of ballots, I’m not sure that can be proven if these no paperwork. If they are gone it’s his word against someone else and theres no way to know the truth
The GA case has evidence and is a real case in my opinion. Others were probably dismissed due to lack of evidence and people who testified can’t be charged cause there was no case.
Sorry, have time to finish watching now. Will get back to you.
Take your time. Long vid
It was, only got to watch half of it earlier on break. It does raise interesting questions but I’m confused as to why it was presented at a hearing and not to the courts.
See if they presented it to the counts, the court can subpoena the records from the counting machines, they have record of every scanned ballot and it would be a simple matter to check those 2 hours. The machines also log the operator, so you’d have the names of 4 of those 6 people.
The 6 people, 4 apparently were counters. I would like to know whether the other 2 were poll clerks, if they were and the records match I only see an out of context situation. The lawyer presenting even makes sure she can’t be held responsible by saying she doesn’t represent the case. Later she can claim plausible deniability if any information she provided was inaccurate. She’s not under oath or representing so her assumptions may just be that.
I’m not going to say it isn’t weird but a judge needs to look at it and determine all the unknowns.
Well know soon enough.
Because it takes a lot longer to get a court date than to get a special session and there is something of a time concern considering the electoral college meets soon.
The goal is to fix it before the college meets, at least for the Trump team. So the fastest avenue for that is state assembly.
A court case can be expedited or they could add it as evidence to an appeal of one of the other Georgia cases. I still don’t think presenting it this way is effective. During it, one of the senators mentions talking to the poll clerks an hour before. It would be nice to know what they said, I know if the clerks all gave similar statements that offered a valid reason for that time period, a committee isn’t going to look any deeper.
I agree with Anyt1m3, we’ll know soon enough.
because a good dictor can do shit… not a pedophile
You are beyond parody. Congratulations on being this forum’s most openly facist member though.
