1. Playing fireteam needs to be fun. It is not fun because:
- if you die early, you’ll be sitting around bored for 3 - 4 min
- bad predators don’t hunt you, good predators slaughter random, uncoordinated teams quickly
- most guns, gear, specializations, and perks are irrelevant, due to clear meta essentials
- most missions are short or boring
- AI is inconsistent and 1-dimensional
2. Movement for both Predator and Fireteam needs to be more fluid
- numerous small objects completely stall movement, where most games would automatically move you around or over these types of objects
- getting stunned by parries, slowed by melee, etc. only slow gameplay and remove fun cat and mouse engagements
3. More melee battles.
- remove the stun from parry OR
- buff the melee damage of the Hammer, Elder Sword, Combistick, and War Club, and double the bleed damage on the katana
- Double the energy cost of the plasma caster for less plasma spam and more incentive to use melee
- Double the stamina cost of melee, so predators must employ hit and run tactics, and give the Fireteam opportunities to react to attacks on multiple team members
4. Imbalance. Predators only have access to projectile weapons, while Fireteam can instantly hit the predator at extreme range.
