Ya but the logistics alone of trying to forcibly rule over everyone, or hell even without force, on a global scale is a fucking nightmare.

Unfortunately theres people out there like that, who want to be almighty king or some bullshit, but that’s fucking booooooring.

I am all for uniting humanity tho, and advancing technology to the point where we barely have any real issues.

Since magic nor powers exist, technology is our only hope.
Imagine, technology advance enough where we dont age, we can infinitely record data and remember everything exactly, no diseases, ect.

A world like that is how existence should be.
With the option for natural death by aging, I know not everyone would be able to enjoy or handle never dying from old age.

We need galactic travel, ways to protect ourselves from any galactic danger, be able to explore and research EVERYTHING.

You gotta stay on the cutting edge of research in the age of nation states. It might amount to nothing or it can be a major breakthrough in some are of genetics or whatnot.

The propulsion systems might not have amounted to anything or maybe they did lead to something smaller that military uses currently, but it’s nothing earth-shatteing.

The Chinese have lots of strange beliefs about eating animals and plants for health benefits in China. have heard of ppl taking placenta pills for health benefits, not just in China. When I was there I ate vegetarian !

Having said that , the Chinese have a pretty advanced knowledge of herbs and traditional medicine…what’s not to say there may be some truth to their beliefs modern science may uncover.

I know you ain’t stupid. Kings and bul Linn shit like that are a problem, but there isn’t a problem with someone who’s good at problem solving and grand scale planning being I charge as long as they’re actually trying to help.

I mean honestly, if we can find a way to teach people right from wrong, like true right and true wrong,
After we all agree on what that is, and then actually create these concepts, then there will be a lot less degeneracy running around.

The problem is these concepts aren’t universal and since they’re not on a global scale, they technically dont exist and everyone can have they’re own perception on it.
This is extremely detrimental.

But if we can get a global right and wrong, good and evil, based off what’s beneficial and not just trying to control the masses, there would only be a very small amount of people who would actually attack or harm others.

Getting everyone to focus on what’s beneficial for all and not just themselves is a huge key in creating a global peace.

Problem is a lot of you have too hard of a time seeing past yourselves. Which makes sense since it’s how everyone Is taught to survive, for the longest time now.

Its complicated but I dont believe people that aren’t mentally ill are inherently scummy.
And even then most mentalities ill people aren’t wanting to actually cause harm.

As for the second thing, if we advanced technology enough we wont have to recycle piss.

And stay out of the ocean. It’s already polluted enough.
However I’m with you on faster global travel.
Just faster travel in general.

I think it could be an interesting endeavor for a brief stint, but in the end people want to feel grounded, have a life and be around other people, as opposed to being stuck in space with a crew. At some point it will feel like you’re always at work, i think. This is similar to doing scientific research. There’s long stretches of boredom until you finally get some results to analyze and maybe publish something of importance.
