At the very least play Tie Fighter for PC. It is my favorite Star Wars game and a space flight sim classic. There is a fan update with new graphics that was just released as well.

Oh, I remember TIE fighter on my sad old Ms dos pc from back in like 96 I think, around the same time I got Dark Forces. Now THAT was a Star Wars game! TIE fighter was the better simulator compared to Xwing. I’ve always sucked at flying games. Guess I’d be a crappy superhero. Also, that video was scrambled like an 80’s adult channel!

The biggest problem I have with the Prequels is how Lucas handled Anakin’s transition to Vader. He should have had the turn happen at the very end of the second film; then spent most of the third showing Vader being an absolute badass! A New Hope shows us, right away, that Vader is a monster; it would have been nice to see some of his exploits as he rose to this infamy. Instead of… you know… flashing his sabre at some kids…

Yes, the latest trilogy is a sad excuse for the legacy it’s meant to uphold. I wished they had did the Grand Admiral Thrawn trilogy, from the books; but, when they killed off all that canon, all hope was lost!

Rogue One is actually good. Out of all the shit Disney has thrown out (movie-wise), its the best one.

You get it. Dune is simply too fucking epic to make into a digestible form of cinema. It can only be read, interpreted, and adapted into something that at best is influenced by it. I liked the movie, the Sardukar scene with the throat singing and human sacrifices was fuckin sweet… but in the end everything on-screen-dune is just some assholes take on what they themselves wanna present from the story.

i disagree.
If you haven’t seen it, you don’t know if it’s good or not. For example, I know that Robert Buttison will suck as Batman because he sucked at playing a sparkly-sissy vampire. I accepted a challenge sat through those God-forsaken snore fests and now I know how bad he sucks. You should give Rogue one a try.
