You just canât take away the only tool FT has against an unparriable weapon, and is still not going to melt a pred in less than 2 seconds unless you go running straight into the FTâs face, in which case, you deserve to be melted for being stupid
You have the disc, plasma, axe, norse hammer, all of them are 1 or 2 hits, the elder which is 3 hits and almost impossible to parry unless you are actively waiting for it with your knife out⌠and you want to nerf one or two guns because you want easy dumb kills? GTFO

I even took down @DPRK_Chopra and @BeerWarrior66 with the norse hammer, 1v1. These are players I canât even beat on their own. So whoever says melee is not viable doesnât know what is talking about. Melee is very viable, just not easy as you want it to be. And it ever wonât be. Because thatâs how it was at launch and it immediately got nerfed, along with zerker, because it was just too damn easy.
Assault deadly with hammerhead is also capable of making Preds with elder sword go second wind before they get you down.

Either everyone gets nerfed on nobody does. As simple as that. Nerfing one without the other is just pointless. Everyone is a glass cannon now. Premades are untouchable unless you change your tactics. Good players still win almost all games. I really donât get your complains. You want to win 100% of your matches with ease⌠Not gonna happen
Good FT player loses: GG (moves on)
Mediocre Pred Player loses: Fuck this unbalanced game.

Idk, I personally feel Melee itself is viable In a way that @JelouGaming describes, but buffing Assault Rifles just because the AR doesnât have the same amount of TTK vs a Pistol in the matter of a few milliseconds is ludicrous.
FT can easily Out-DPS Pred regardless of the weapon used.

tried it, it wonât second wind a hunter at point blank range standing still even with bane. Scout, valkyrie, alpha, sure⌠all other classes, no.
And if you have bane, you donât have thick skin. One elder sword combo and you are down. Hammerhead takes 3 seconds to empty the 45 bullet clip

you can, but rarely if ever with quick melee. You have to take your knife out and use the heavy attack. By the time you do that, you already have two hits on you
By the same token, there is no point in acting like predators canât outperform ft.
Just ask Thunderwolf, Dan, Prozi, even Sam.
If it was so impossible, there wouldnât be great pred players who can take on the toughest of ft.
I have made hunters go second wind like that while they tried to use elder sword, katana, alpha sickle vs me but I didnât take all the melee damage, I donât stand still I jump around sideways or backwards to dodge some of melee attacks. Took like 4-5 seconds to second wind. Its not gonna work 100 % of the time, I donât expect to be able to 1v1 all melee preds.
I feel easier to do with hammerhead sometimes instead of 1011 since its more accurate.
these guys wanna win against super good premades when they themselves arenât equally good⌠is just nonsense.
Just imagine if they balanced it that way⌠only Preds we could kill are potatoes. And potato FTâs? Forget about it, they would go down (not that they donât right now anyway) by the most unskilled pred swinging the combi like it was a teenage majorette with a twirling baton

Obviously, the assault rifles already have high DPS. Everyone complains about how fast the assault rifles and SMGs melt the predator, why not bring the Pistols down to be somewhere closer to Assault rifle DPS? They are secondary weapons after all.

Some people think they are better than they actually are.
I am running with the lmg now and that tactic, though it takes a few seconds, for me works better than the hammerhead, because of how long you can keep firing it without reload.
I am not interested in SW, just do enough damage so the pred backs away. Problem is most still donât even if they are missing, oh wellâŚ
you mean nerf the pistol so we all go back to the vector and then everybody complains the vector is too OP because nobody is using the pistol anymoreâŚ
