Can’t remember who it was, but you were right. I was wrong

We played quite a few matches last night with damage for FT and Pred at 50%

While FT damage felt “right”… Pred disc is just fucking broken. With the right build, at 50% damage it still took 2 hits to down a support with thick skin and 2 hits on the ground to kill. It literally felt like nothing changed.

I believe the problem is the percentage damage buffs. They just make powerful weapons broken, while weapons that could benefit from it (like wristblades) barely have any difference. This is a problem in both factions.

Naaaaaah! The Pred Disc is just fine, it could use a buff on the flight duration though, like add 50% extra flying time or something, would help alot.

This type of game is nearly impossible to properly balance, the way that Hardcore mode is set up is proper, so predator weapons (depending on which one you talk about, which in this case is disc) do enough damage, and disc should be left alone where it is with damage wise

FT has been favored for a year and a half, they have way more weapons and got specializations before pred, so I say enough, put the balance back into the Predator

I didn’t say nerf disc. Clearly said the problem is the percentage buffs, and not just for pred.

And don’t even try and say FT wasn’t favored, the proof is there, look how many pros have left the game because of how boring Or frustrating it has been facing teams with high damage/troll builds

it is because the modifiers (private match) have no effect on the smart disc, when the smart disc is thrown it is always 125dmg … no matter what is set with the modifications.
sorry, but not quite …;) … if down range is taken it is of course + dmg.

This game is so fucked beyond repair just like any other asymmetrical game, there is no fix, just accept it.

If you want balance, play a game like Warzone.

I think the disk damage was bugged with the damage reduction, modifier bug maybe. Cus wristblades were for sure at 50%, it was talking like 10+ hits with them to bring Dante or Dutch down.

I played vs 2 of the best predator players yesterday. The best guys are still around, they just dont play much anymore. And we kind of prefer privates among each other.
