Did you never see the footage of the cancelled game? How could it not be fun? Start him out as younger , have chapters that earn new abilities? Give you some actual enemies that have caused superman problems in the comics ?
The cancelled game had you fly through a building fighting doomsday , smashing along the floor and ceiling.
They done it well with the spiderman games , make it super interactive environments and make decisions and actions have consequences? There is for sure way to make the character vulnerable

Oh Grogu is 100% gonna be a playable character. Heāll be apart of the first Mando DLC though.
