Those continue to Alien and there were movies that followed. They shouldnât have an impact on AE. AE should be a continuation of Alien Resurrection, the most recent attempt to bring xenos to earth

It messes with whole timeline, not just Prometheus and Covenant. In Alens they had specimens at Hadleyâs Hope but not deliver to earth yet. Thats decades after Alien. Weird that they would have xenos on earth before that.
Things should follow some order, otherwise itâs a mess. With so many movies and in tact chronology, up until AE, it does matter.

Thatâs what Iâve read in the article regarding Alien Earth.
But youâre taking it literally. As if there is literally is (nor should there be anything) in between AE and Alien. Like you believe that EVERYTHING WILL lead into each other and there is no subplots. and if there is then it is a failure. So why even keep stating or emphasizing that it needs to? First off, if this was not part of any franchise, it would be shit. Second, because it takes place before Alien and after Covenant, should it do things that cannot fit with the timeline, it should be noted and judged accordingly. They are just riding the Alien name without any regard to the franchise. They just want to capture the attention of the weak willed.

Should have dropped it after Aliens. Even though Alien 3 is rightfully overhated and AVP has some good parts, with the rest being such depressing sludge, I think Iâd be fine with just the two.
