Yes, and thatās my sentiment also. I want to see more SKILL, more cunning used by Predator players. I love the games where Iām being stalked, can hear it but canāt detect where it is, then suddenly itās there and itās made its attack, then gone again before its registered only to find one or two teammates down. The games where we see it coming from a mile off, rushing in blaster blasing and arrows flying at us while it stands there arrogantly in the middle of the path are dull, and that same player ragequits because he was put into second wind, chased down and massacred. That doesnāt feel like a win. I want to feel like I barely survived, like I was lucky to beat the thing. But that comes down to the individuals, and everyone is at different points on the learning curveā¦then there are those who said āfuck the curve, let me just change the equation firstā and ruin it for everyone.

no i disagree that it will change anything players will think health first, look at how many players playing dutch with thick skin or supports with thick skin or just supports at all.
players will pick Tanky to counter tanky nerfing one sides tanky option to be tanking would change it but then alot of people would pack up and leave.
Actually itās not. Iāve had the pleasure of playing against the OP with my friends, and we are pretty coordinated. But he gave us a spanking and won, so he isnāt some noob player I assure you.
Yeah I could see that. I feel a lot of people go to berserker when they are having trouble which is a mistake. Strangely enough berserker is the hardest to use because of his low stamina. Lots of new predator players use him for the reason of more health, leap into battle, swing themselves out of stamina then wonder why they dont have the energy to leap out and get rinsed. None the less you could be right we could see a lot of zerkers soon
That would be the good if the game didnāt punish you for doing that. FT makes a mistake, Predator punishes them and kills them, game punishes predator back by bringing them back from the dead.
but this is the game you signed up for? its an asymmetrical horror thats how these games go, its normaly ment to be the 4 have a hard time on the 1 but threw great skill and great communication. they have a CHANCE to win not a 100% you will win its a CHANCE and the 1 normaly how its ment for games like these is the power role in this case predator should be near close to Effortless and merclessly killing players left and right, thats the whole fun of the game on one side your ment to be scared or tense on edge worrying about someone trying to kill you and on the other you ment to feel powerfull and egar to kill.
thats how these games work, now im not sayings its fully flip flop but its damm near close.
i hate when a game is advertised asymmetrical horror game and then turns out its a monkey in the middle simulator. and THAT is what i want them to avoid

I enjoy ambushing and using my brain a bit not just cause itās fun but itās the most effective way to play. Atleast against a good team . Sometimes if you just mess around in the beginning to try and find out if they are good or not, it may be too late to turn it around lol. So playing with a bit of tactics is not only more fun but more effective

If only I could like the same thing more than once. That was spot on. Thatās how these games are meant to be. But this one really doesnāt feel like it and it takes the fun out of it from both teams imo.
I feel the revive station is even more proof that a predator who is using all of his equipment, and going in with a plan, does not need a buff. If the predator was underpowered than how are we killing 3 people, having them all revived, then killing all 4 again.

Iāll admit, getting reinforced with all fresh ammo and kit is wrong. We should come back with what we died with, and be forced to use our ammo packs and health kits wisely. Itās probably going to happen eventually, everyone on both sides agree itās unfair.

yea too me the fireteam is so easy its borring and the predator is so unfair ( for him ) that its annoying so its slowly turning bad and if this was ANY other game i wouldve left by now the only reason i still play is im a fan of Predator and thats it thats my only reason for caring anymore.

yea cause that happens alot have you seen the win rate for fire team yet? it went form 20% you will when to 60% HOLY FUCK i fuckin hate how these devs work ānerf the fire team only so that we can buff them back too that old spot againā pick a side and stick with it, youāll look more honest that way
Ok I stopped after you said āeffortlesslyā nah dude thatās not how these games work. That would be horrible for the game. Iāve been a Rank 1 killer in DBD for some time and I tell ya what itās not effortless, and winning in that game is LEAGUES harder than it is in this one. But thatās how we like it. I donāt want easy, I wanna win and stand up outa my chair hyped that I just outsmarted 4 brains with my 1. These games are designed to be balanced. Balanced around a shift, meaning in the beginning itās sided towards the team with greater numbers, but then after they lose one, strong shift towards the power role. Lose another and you are pretty much fucked. Lose another and itās hopeless. Only thing Iāll say to your point is one person in this game is not completely screwed, as 1v1 melee combat with the predator is strangely viable
Bleh, i wouldnt count Dead by daylight the only time they ever made DBD a Ture asymmetrical horror was befor The halloween DLC after DS was in the game it went full Surivior sided as fuck so hell no that doesnt even remotely count as asymmetrical horror. hell no heres some games that every asymmetrical horror do this tho

thats how they are ment to be each one has their problems but fallows those rules Killer is Powerfull and the 4 is Weak in ordder to become powerfull you need to have great team work and listen well with others. THATS HOW ITS MENT TO BE.

Iām not saying the Fireteam is not strong. Calm down hoss. They are definitely powerful. Like super powerful. But you canāt say they are way too OP when there are certain players who uhh never fucking lose as the predator. Itās literally a case of a giant learning curve. When I play FT I win almost 100% and almost 100% of those predators I kill have 0 clue what they are doing. When I play predator I win nearly 100% because I do know what Iām doing and Iāve seen countless people on here say the same thing, they just run through every single team. The predator has tons of strong shit at his disposal itās a matter of knowing how to use it all. And again, itās supposed to be total victory if you kill all 4 and yet some people kill 3 let the team revive then kill all 4 again just for fun. The predator is not under powered.

Hey, I signed up because I saw the Predatorš Simple as that. I saw footage of a Predator running around in trees, I heard all the sounds from the 87 movie, and I just saw lots of fun to be had. Iām a simple person, I see Predator and it has my curiosity.
Things like āasymetrical horror gameā didnāt even register, I was all ātake my damn money!ā (which probably elevates me to levels of loathing in many peopleās eyes)ā¦only to end up playing as Fireteam 99.9% using game mechanics that were alien to me, and realising this wasnāt going to be as easy as I imagined as Predator. The Predkour alone is still a pain in my ass, AI that is able to see me when Iām invisible and snitch my location to FT, trying to learn how each weapon is different and its most practical uses.
Iām happy as a pig in shit when simply chilling solo in a Private match as Predator, my inner child is in Heavenā¦and thatās how I ended up here, because Iāve been a Predator fan since 1987. Iām a casual gamer, again something that seems to generate loathing from people??
So if the killer in DBD has no chance how do we have rank 1 killers still? And saying you want this to be like Friday the 13? That game is designed around the inability to fight back? Well you actually can kill him, Iāve done it 1 time ever and it felt great, but itās usually a death sentence. This game is designed as an action game. You are armed and fighting back. If you could kill the whole team effortlessly this game would sink in less than 24 hours. Who wants to play a game where they are trying to survive fighting the Predator if itās entirely unbalanced?
