Its a very likely possibility. It seems like much of pred society is a mystery because only the hunt culture matters for the movies at least. (can’t speak for comics or if whatever they have to say would be canon).

Just like we have tech now that is simple to use even for keeds, doesn’t mean that human civilization inherited it or didn’t. Not enough info about pred society to make that call.

id agree if their wasnt a giant emphasis on the importance of the tech to begin with that implies scarcity but has no failsafes at all. while also making it clear that anyone can pick it up and figure it out every movie then murder them with it.

its like a running gag that their stuff is set to ez mode.

Studios nowadays fail to realize how much fucking money direct live action adaptations of dark horse pred comics would make, imagine live action Predator Concrete Jungle (Dutch’s brother story), not the other CJ (game)

Underdeveloped ideas perhaps. I mean, a monkey can probably pick up s gun and shoot someone with it 😁. Just look at where we are when it comes to weapon access and safety.

Im sure there’s more depth out there than what was offered by The Predator or AVP movies. Best thing would be is to have a series

Those have safetys and no autoaim.
no preds ever going to hop into a jet and pilot it either.

we also dont throw a shitfit and nuke ourselves if we die with a gun on our body. that last part is important.

Cause it has not been simplified yet. But if there would be an interface similar to a video game controller for it, I’m sure they could.

Safety and auto aim parts are just bad writing. There’s no reason not to have a safety.

Decent idea, but poorly told. A series would do much better. It’s mostly action scenes with little substance. Almost no character arcs or attachments.

Not sure, but it should be more about the characters than action. More about Yautjas society and culture and humans that are more than prey.

Id probably prefer it less cartoony, but animated could offer more possibilities than live action. Depends on scope and scenes.
