Sad to say that the actor who played Paul Terenzi in Killer Klowns from Outer Space has tragically passed away. RIP.

Just watched this one for the first time

I think I have a new favorite werewolf movie!!

The kills and gore are great!

Story is cool. Especially if you like dogs.

This one went under my radar for a long time, what a great find!

Better than Dog Soldiers?

It’s been awhile since I’ve seen dog soldiers…

The sfx and werewolf suit are at least on par with dog soldiers

There was a ‘feel good moment’ in this film that IMO makes it better in that regard.

This Thanksgiving they feast on you!

Halloween came early!!

It’s here!!

Behold!! Never Hike in the Snow!!

Pack yourself a bowl and enjoy

Just be careful Jason doesn’t smell it

He hates it when people Bogart the pot

Man. This is a great fan film. Just imagine what they could do with a bigger budget.

I hope we get the rumored Jason Lives Again as the next film

I’d like to give an honorable mention to Sputnik (2020) for Alien fans.

Russian film where an astronaut catches an alien parasite and brings it back to earth, however it does not harm the host when exiting or entering his body. Instead the aliens essentially wearing him as a spacesuit to survive earth’s climate. Cool stuff.

One thing that I always love in horror movies is the use of good practical effects! I understand that in some scenarios CGI is necessary, but nothing will ever beat good practical effects. That’s why I like things like the classic The Thing, Aliens, and other such movies. It seems nowadays filmmakers are all to ready to use CGI and the art of practical effects is gradually becoming rarer and rarer. In my book, the more practical the effects, the better it will look.

Just rewatched I am Legend and it really suffered for not using practical effects for the vampires.

I wish Oculus got a sequel. Love that evil Mirror.
Any more movies where the protagonist is seeking vengeance against a paranormal entity & tries to figure out how it works?

Someone recommend to me the autopsy of jane doe and I will do the same to you

Also hereditary

And my personal favorite

The Evil Dead

Also the babadook

Seen these two. Hereditary’s definitely the most unsettling. Evil Dead’s a classic. I’ll check out the Autopsy of Jane Doe.

Didnt like the babadook. Cop out ending too.

The House on Haunted Hill remake

Go in blind for the autopsy of Jane doe

I bought the movie without knowing anything and I don’t regret it at all

lol this was good. Only big complaint was the generic horror movie soundtrack but it was directed really well and the autopsy made for good pacing. Had me rooting for the good guys.
