The whole barn scene with her whistling for him with a peice of kryptonite from the ship redeemed everything I didn’t like about the movie lol. The wasp and bee foreshadowing at the beginning was clever also.
To me Superman is just too op
It would have been more effective if it was a superhero serial killer killing other superheroes

In my professional analysis, it’s a blood soaked feminist romp!!
Sure they force it down your throat but the practical effects and gags that actually stick make up for it!!
Definitely worth a watch if you’re into schlock and B movies that are so bad they’re good
Unfortunately I don’t see myself in a hurry to add it to the collection at this time

Every male character is an idiot it on a power trip
The line I’m no man I’m Wo-man
The lead character is toxic towards her brother
Not saying there is anything wrong with it as I did enjoy it but it felt forced
lol this one’s a trope at this point.
The main villain’s a female, the mom joins the main villain because the Dad’s lazy. The dad sides with the daughter. She is toxic though, brother’s the straightman. Feels like it’s all in good fun rather than trying to be a girl power thing.
I don’t want too dive to deep into it just my take on it

This is a prime example of how to do a strong female lead without being ham-fisted about it
I have never seen a movie like this before!
It is a animal attack and disaster movie all rolled into one
I was on the edge of my seat the entire time when things got real which is very early on
No time wasted getting to the meat and potatoes
And there is a fair share of meat quite literally
On top of that there is a heartfelt message
I went in blind and bought it on a whim and boy am I glad I did
Instant classic! Not since Jaws have I been shook by this type of film
A great reminder of why I will NEVER visit Florida

Didnt care for it but I hate disaster movies. Anyone seen this in a year of no horror movies? Another for the rosemary’s baby genre?
I watched a review for it and will buy the blu-ray when it releases
