That’s fine I guess. Lots of people don’t agree here. Still I wish @JelouGaming was here. They tend to be on the same side of arguments so maybe we’d see a bit of a different perspective from him while still defending same position as @Xan84

Bullets are the main problem, but it adds to the problem when Pred has no safe place to heal because of grenades and has to waste a lot of time by getting away from FT as far as possible.

At this point I don’t even care what they nerf/buff(I don’t think I’ve played in a week+). I just find it weird how on one hand someone claim BANE is the most OP thing in the game and impenetrable is the most useless thing (and he also uses it).

The devs nerfed FT healing, medkits have been nerfed by like 60%. The medkits on the map can be destroyed by preds. FT healing, aside for STIMS that only partially refill your health take activation time and leaves you vulnerable. Pigs can’t be taken out by FT compared to ammo boxes and medkits that spawn.

Now I also don’t run premades, I do only randoms. Ask predators around here how much they win in randoms and then think if the game is broken FT side in randoms as Arrow said.

Scoll above man, this post has video proofs you can solo kill most of preds pc or ps4. Just go to your fireteam character customization , drag your curson to Yautja Bane and click it. Then go play pubs, and win.

I know you can solo kill certain predators, mostly that come close. I’ve done it myself. I am not as good as you but I am not that bad. Thing is the current state, at least on my level of play I find many preds where I can’t protect my team from them when they use range. Its becoming frustrating playing randoms to the point I don’t even play the game anymore.

Also I don’t use BANE, I use Thick Skin, gearhead and prepper on my Dutch. Used to run support before the medkits nerf.

Randoms is frustraing cause they made cloak broken. They made wrong changes to balance the game. That is why is frustrating for you and more many people. Also, before some one will come there to say the game was made for casuals and to have fun. The game, is already dead. It’s super dead. So I don’t think devs are in the right direction. I tryed as much a possible to give smart feedbacks with the perpective of a player with more than 1000 hours and same time on fireteam and pred. A lot of people talk also for one side. I was the more impartial possibile.

Tick skin is broken as much as Bane in my opinion.

That’s the issue. Pre-mades specifically. They can specialize and perks add up. Pred will get damaged anyway, do it maybe better to have medic, impatient or large pouch. As for ranged attacks, height adavange is enough of a buff to attack and defence compared to impenetrable, and it’s better to get dethered lense and energy based perks. Impenetrable just doesn’t complement well. While FT premade can have pick and choose among them - bane, gearhead, iron lungs, double time, thick skin etc. They can split the best setups among them. Overall though, I think pre-mades are not as frequent as randoms so that’s the only loose end in @Arrow_calis argument. And it is a very significant point.

I know its because of cloak. I was having a good degree of fun before the last patch. Now? Not so much. I would actually loved for them to remove all damage enhancing perks from the game. Make the TTK higher. What I’ve proposed was to give preds buffs based on how many people where in a premade so you don’t screw up people playing randoms but it is what it is.

Thick Skin could be OP, no idea. I was using it before this last buff just as well. Always enjoyed making tanky characters.

Premades were super frequent After the patch. But game was still broken and a lot of good players dropped the game. Now there are no randoms and premade. Now the game is just dead.

They should have buffed as I said before based on how many people are in a premade in a certain group, the more, the more of a buff the pred gets. Its not even my idea but I think it was the best solution.

Yeah, others also had those suggestions. Seams reasonable on paper, not sure how illfonic would implement that

Some testing would be required to find a good spot. Just increase the preds HP, damage done and cloak potency based on numbers of people that are together. In the tournament no predator (at least from the vids I’ve seen) won against 3 very good people so there is a clear problem there. The cloak changes and the medkit nerf just screwed up randoms and did nothing really at the top.

So it’s dead. Im not ready to quit yet. Can’t help it, I like the concept so much

The nerf of medikits was very good for high level. But we still need a damage nerf. Randos wont get affected at all by that cause their problem as I said is that they dont know where the Predator is. Ranos will be noobs even if Bane had been +50% damage and Pred had had 50% of current hp. You will never help noobs without a tutorial and without push them to play more fireteam and not 90% pred and 10% fireteam. The game shouldnt be balanced around that. Infact, the game, is dead.

I gave up. This game will never be balanced. People will always find something to complain. The game is what it is. Accept it or leave it.

Far from broken balance, I wish they just fixed the damn performance issues, which IMO is downright more important than anything else. And the freaking 3v12 that everybody was waiting.

You’re probably right. I think illfonic does take into account some of the posts/recommendations here, but the game will never be like we want it and there will always be argument about balance.

just run 4 suppts and you win everytime.
