Kinda feel that Support should get less over all use of their gears

Could even be like, “Oh you have OWLF Training? Now you get one less gear point or it makes you slower or something.”

A good example is yautjas bane. That one is a huge one, and with a full team running it, its oppressive.

So no matter what other perks exist. They will always be shoved to the wayside, because objectively, you dont need to stay mudded up for longer times, when you can melt pred. ( just an example.)

But with Yautja’s Bane you could easily be like, “Ok. Increased damage, fine. Increased damage against you too.” Force you become a glass cannon so you have to be a lot more skilled to pull it off in any real measure.

Of course, im of the mind set that when it comes to development of any kind. Simpler is better. Simpler is easier to do, and its easier for players to understand. So if I were a dev and had to choose between creating a complex system such as the one you are proposing, or just cutting the dead weight. I would likely do the latter. Im sure most devs are of the same mind set. Which can be good. But also bad.

as it stands the support doesn’t really have a down side aside from “low speed and low stamina” which don’t really matter anymore
and as for no perk points that’s not really important when you only need one of 2 perks eaither more hp or more dmg against predator which support can choose either sure not both but he only needs one
then support can just use a weapon that one clips the predator since the predator will have to do full combos of melee but then risk being parried and die for it or take the time to aim at least 3 shots at the support assuming he has stim and if he doesn’t he has a full team to cover him while he medkits up
in theory support has no downsides

Yep. That sums it. Up. Thats why I say we just nuke those perks, then reverse the gear/perk balance for the classes

I feel Predator should get 1 medicine and no more pigs. That’s fine.

I think that assuming we extend the matches to 30+ minutes, pred should get 3 medkits and more consistent, but reduced pig spawns/health gained per pig.

Ok but something needs to be givin to the predator in the form of side objectives other wise the predator jumps in and stomps everyone too fast or dies to fast you know? give the predator a reason not to go for the kill right away

In my super post the whole of the changes will push pred into a more stealthy slower playstyle, while making him squishier so he cant tank the entire FT and wipe them out.

Hmmmmmmmm i think if done Right that would be amazing but the part that im scared of is the predator cant use only Stealth with what the maps and objectives are like now if they made the mapes more opened ( like sky lights or vents or something along the lines) ways into a building with out having to go in the open then maybe that fixes the map problem but the objectives would still be an issue as there always near builds that you can tuck under and wait out the objective and move as a unit and get it done.

now sounds good but then if every one does that the predator would be un-fun and not strong enough to be good enough to win.

so i like the idea of stealth but it has to be done right the fire team needs to be in fear and panic at all times for it to work now music is one to make that happen but you also need the map to work that way cloak needs to be better things like that. other wise it’ll be too easy for the fire team

Eh right now I think the maps would support it. If a fireteam is camping a building you just need to wait them out. The beauty of the stealth being buffed and the times increased. Is that you can stalk them and make no move, and they will get comfortable enough to make a mistake. And when they do, you strike

And skylights already do exist. Albeit only on one building of a very specific map.

The issue is however, they work very much against pred, as the roofs are often the safest place for him

see they thought the same thing with micheal myers in dead by daylight and hes one of the weakess killers in that game…
