Dude, the predator is quite visible from a distance when moving even if he is not spotted. I also don’t see people shooting snipers as they run after the pred. I see them moving somewhere with a good view, mudding up and shooting from there. Now if you mean his cloak improving with range(and not the spotting mechanic) so you can’t see him at range, you get another problem, predator shooting from that range and you have serious issues finding him, more so with weapons that don’t lose potency with distance. You’re also effect all the other weapons and not just snipers. What do you do in a random team when nobody even has snipers?

If its already hard on PS to snipe long distances, making it even harder is counterintuitive don’t you think?

I have only this video but it’s old and now I am much better than this.

This is a little bit more recent but is not that good gameplay because it was safe game overall.

This is the problem with snipers, not even the weapon itself. Are people who focus on going up a building, in a premade and just sniping in certain maps that are badly designed (like derailed).

But even without going to the roof of derailed, you can stil snip very well in any kind.of high grounds, like houses in back water or sniper tower of Overgrowth. Anyway I think Derailed is the worst map in the game for the Predator.

Right, sorry, forgot the special meaning of “spotting” for Hunting Grounds… I indeed mean, you should not see the predator as good at very long range.

All other weapons do not work at “very long range”, right?

Nononono, Skoo and the arrow-team just met “privately” before the official start. We are all waiting on the update and how this works out and then you automatically are in - promised :)

I will give all contestants a note when we are ready and the challenge “officially” is launched, so do not worry, nobody will be forgotten…
