Shutting the game down would not help the community, but it would give the devs a black eye in the industry perhaps. Itās about accountability at this point.

im not sure if thats neccessary at this point. game had ran fine for me and when it stopped working they fixed it. I donāt need extra dlcs that donāt work but they eventually fixed it. eventually. needless to say that an endless arguement that they should release everything perfectly is a hard case because Iām not even sure how many people are developing on it all together. but to imbellish them for something that is a reality in game dev is like saying you believe no toy will ever break on you.

the point of shutting phg down is simply to keep illfonic from making anymore money off this game, when they dont handle it properly.
They way theyāve handled this game is honestly just scummy. Itās a cash grab and they dont actually care about its customers or the game itself.
Its better this game gets shut down, and somewhere along the line a good developer makes the next pred game.

I agree partially. Maybe some things canāt be fixed for whatever reason. At that point we need transparency. Tell us what can and canāt be fixed instead of it piling up and in the end it looks like nothing is being done about it.

You are not the only one playing and in regards to bugs and technical issues, your experience does not represent the entirety of the game.
So asking you, when your ok with issues, would yield inaccurate data.

Thatās different. Dlcs/update are a continuous improvement in the product. Thatās the business model. It would be different if it was a normal 'one releaseās single player type game. Every other dev is held to this standard so why not illfonic?

This isnt anywhere near the same situation. But a lot of products have the maker offering a refund if youāre not satisfied for any reason.
Well then if thats the case, those who wanted to leave already left within the return/refund window.
