you then continued to argue that those who do not complain about balance understand nothing of “true balance”
I therefore asked you what “true balance” was

by changing the way the game is balanced other things will start to get used people will try other things as it is right now there is no reason to try other things as the game has effectively been “solved”
that and keep in mind the thing i was replying to was a lie kass said where she claimed there were no “actionable” things that came from feedback regarding this patch which is a lie
people have asked for balance changes i’ve mentioned for some time and for bug fixes i’ve mentioned yet none of it has happened

I won’t lie I felt a little spark of satisfaction yesterday when I saw Nomad & Drums finally snap at Illfonic and call out their shit. If someone like Drums who did nothing but bootlick for a year has finally had enough then maybe if nothing else it can prove a point. It won’t fix anything but it does make me go “Told ya so” and that’s satisfying.
Maybe they thought the making 2 year video would mean something to Illfonic.

Skilled as you are, be honest: do you really fear a random 4 full field medic in pubs? You’d kill them in under 5 minutes.
But those filed medics save maybe 30-40% of beginners in random pub teams from horrible death :)
I was accused of “wanting everything to be my way”… that’s quite the opposite: you guys want the game to be designed for high tier gameplay IN PUBS, which is an obvious contradiction.
I know how frustrating can be to find a premade lobby in pubs. I cannot count how many times my ass was kicked when that happened. But that’s maybe 1 or 2 games out of 15 in one night?
I can live with that.
If you want to prove that you can put a fight as pred against premades, with rules that accord with your sensitivity, there are many groups that are available for that. Discord is full of people willing to do that kind of experience and as far as I know, all of you veteran players are on discord in more than a channel.
I’ll keep saying it as long as the game server will be online: PHG is balanced around causal players in public lobbies.
Do not attempt to worm your way into good graces with flattery, your team runs around with a Support, Dante & Recon Tracker. Were it not for a certain somebody talking some sense into me and telling me “They’re not worth it, nothing to prove in this game” I would still be bashing my head against a wall and accepting matches like that.
There are plenty of people here less Stubborn than me but more Skilled who will straight up refuse to fight a Team like that, especially with high ping. You know nothing of such struggles, you only play games to win, not to have fun.
I understand… you’re still obsessed with that game we played. You got burned, and now even if I try to be polite, you reply grumpily and don’t want to reason.
