Lots of possible weapons make use of the laser point in various medium:
smartdisk, speargun, maybe bow (as said), or might even be useful for a spear throw.
For now it would make sense if it was on the bow cause aim is manual. But for PC, it was connected to the mask laser and would Autotraget i think. So I’m not sure how it will be helpful for a weapon with manual aim.

I always thought it was funny people hate The Predator but will defend Concrete Jungle. The Predator is Concrete Jungle dialed down to a 4.

You just defeated your own argument by trying to say something isn’t Canon just to peddle headcanon.
Predator Hunting Grounds is most definitely Canon with numerous Illfonic Statements including out right stating that PHG is Canon + Dutch Story discussion.
The statement I point to is "Especially since we have been given the unique opportunity that everything we make in this game becomes a part of the official Predator lore."
The only obvious rebuttal to this is the existence of Clash and Private Games but really, it’s a Video Game, you can honestly excuse that and a lot of other things as Video Game Mechanics.
It brings Alpha Predator and his NECA backstory into the fold so NECA is secured in Canoncity. He is even shadow referenced in Isabelle Tapes.
AvP is Canon to this too since Wolf and AvP Masks.
Also not related but I remember you asking for proof on Prey Director statement, I unfortunately can’t find it but I know for a fact that he said it at some point in the 22nd of May.

What makes it better is how the player chooses to play. That’s what sets games apart as better, IMO. you can take a relatively mundane idea and make a good game from it and a player can make it actually great.
