Either or. Granted Tiki seems to have less in development, mostly just uncovered a Skin Pattern for them whilst Scar has his Mask; Plasmacaster & Shurikens but who knows how it will actually go. Itās a total coin flip, 50/50 like I said. Iāll be fine with either but Iād prefer Scar. Though they could surprise us and give us Celtic with Scarās mask as a bonus via patch since they essentially share the same body & armor type in the film.
But yeah, 50/50 toss-up is all there is to it ATM.

Based off the Mr Black mask and the leaked Sempi mask, I donāt think scar is going to be added

They will get definitely-not-scarās mask, and just the chinese knockoff mask to dodge copyright.
Mr.Black was criminal though because they obviously just didnāt want to do a whole super pred model. Even though Supers wouldāve been a cool option for new custom classes.
